i don´t think the sister is in love with her brother maybe she is scare that the only support she have can be stole away by another girl, and not only that having a brother like that soooo hot even i would be over protective if some bitch try to take him away from me... yeah yeah i know that call brother-complex but the hell with it he hot XD and am want to be a good sister jijiji ;)
I agree with the comment that San sister is acting like a girl friend than a younger sister. The closeness as siblings is a bit too close for comfort. I don't like the sister's pathetic attitude. Being sick, blames herself that San is suffering etc etc so she tries to kill herself...is that to make her brother's life easier? Anyone out there who try to hurt themselves are hurting those who care for them much much more.
That San thinks Dao is his mom's daughter is a bit not convincing...agewise.
he's actually cute while drying his hair with the towel. this drama has pretty good looking actors and actresses. the doctor and the sister are pretty good too.
The brother should know that Lilly isn't their mom's daughter because she left them and had a kid with the new husband? If that was the case lilly should have been younger than Dao. Either that or the case should have chosen someone older than pinky to be the sister.
