  • It looks a bit watery for a sauce, will it actually stick to the chicken and cook? Seems like it'll just splash right off thats the only thing im worried about.

  • i use the same recipe but ill add a tsp. of cornstarch to a half cup of boiling water. mix it in. and it tightens up the sauce nicely. i want to try a roux next.

  • Your recipe sounds like a winner. I like Crystal for the same reason-because you can add a lot for flavor but not kill it with the heat, but my favorite is Texas Pete!
