i think it was really good parqour but you need to work on your flipping side aswell especially your front flip on yours you do a big hop but you need a small one and shoot up instead of far forward and tuck really hard either on ur shins or under neath ur thighs.
other than that really good i mean they are really good prescisions. good luck.

I just wanna add to what kicksterr said about the front tucks they look good but if you tuck a bit tighter they would be awesome. My gymnastics instructors would always bust me and say "bring those knees to your chest." Also with the spring floor it would be even greater. Don't rush the beginning jump before the flip let the floor boost you skywards then tuck tight. :) 5 starrz!

hey, This is a really great video and I love the feel to it. The music is good and so's the parkour. I like the gym work and have been trying to get roundoff back tuck myself recently. 1 tip: tuck your knees up in your precisions. it seemed a little like you were dragging your legs.

when you do front flip, U must jump very hight. And check higest point, and when you check higest point, start doing front flip.
so.. jump, check higest point, and do! ;d
