  • Ok, i love this music, because it was not, at that time, average.

It did not sound commercial at all, and after hearing it a several times i realised that this music is timeless

  • I bought this album in Holland in '72 at a record store where they hadn't a clue what they were selling...

  • Why wouldn't you extend what the bands in the 60's tried to do? it's even harder these days if you think about it. TV slaves and one trick ponys; footballers that earn more than i'll earn in my life in a month?! Imagine living in an age where your far out music frightened the man? Now that every angle has been capped, every desire simulated - screed dreamers that don't even have enough or their own mind left to have a real vision. We are tollerated, because we are not united.

  • @marsdenish Preach on, brother! (/sister!)

  • The entire album was creative and cutting edge for it's time. THis song was one of my favorites. The trippy song -Hard Coming Love- seems to be about a girl having several orgasms.

In the -THe Garden of Earthly Delights" I always felt as though the "her" being mentioned was Viet Nam during the war years.

  • Great Album! I remember buying this when the record label made them sell the album in a brown paper covering because of the "lewd" lyrics printed on the back cover

  • Yeah at last the great joseph byrd on you tube as the united states band, the other project (joseph byrd & thefield hippies) is also briljant.............
