The only album it's available on is 'Music for Films' (2001) by Klaus Badelt. There are two tracks on there listed as The Thin Red Line 1 + 2. Previously, I was able to find a copy of this but I am now unable to access it.

I'm sure if you search you will be able to find it.

No, unfortunately not. The rest of suite contains music present on the OST. Now I see my latest comment could be understood in this way. I meant only the instrumental version of Jisas Yu Holem Hand Blong Mi.

To all who want this song: either find TRL Suite and crop the beginning (using Audacity f.ex.) or download and convert the FLV file to mp3 (f.ex. with "Free Video to MP3 Converter").

@Hans2202 There is an unofficial album of music called The Thin Red Line Suite. It's all the music from the film, as it appears in the film. The quality of some tracks isn't great but it's worth listening to. It's fairly easy to find.

It isn't actually a 35-minute version of this song though.

At least this is what I think BimberMistrz was talking about.
