KK AA are the only two hands he can pretend to have, knowing this Cheong should know that he cant throw him off of QQ, KK, AA, AK and can only throw off hands in the range of:

JJ AJ AQ all of which would never re-raise like that.

On the other hand, duhamel has an easy call because the only hand which can re-raise in that manner is AK (coin flip with slight advantage)
