@Rebound321 It would be easier to maintain a higher scoring average the fewer seasons you play, and Lebron didn't put up the same numbers through his first 8 seasons as Jordan did so clearly Jordan is better in the scoring category. Also had tougher competition, don't even try to argue that. Lebron will not get 6 rings obviously and had to abandon his team to play with a new team full of superstars in order to win. They still couldn't even come close to the Bulls record setting 72-10.

Also had tougher competition, don't even try to argue that. Lebron will not get 6 rings obviously and had to abandon his team to play with a new team full of superstars in order to win. They still couldn't even come close to the Bulls record setting 72-10.

@runelord37 Yea, specially OKC and maybe Memphis. Not so sure about the Lakers in the longrun, but if they get Howard they will be a solid contender for the most part of the decade. Bryant, Gasol,Odom will be 36,34,35 in 3 years and they are locked up for big money. But im sure they will be serious title contenders atleast the next two years. The window is still open, the Bulls seem to have missed on the Boozer signing and dont have a solid 2nd punch with Rose. Magic and C's are fading.

But they are will be a bigger threat in the coming years for sure. Chicago, NY and Miami look like the future top seeds in the east, dont know about the Nets, depends if they can get Howard, D Will with Howard would be a helluva combo.

They both had the same amount of experience in the NBA and MJ got it done in the 4th quarter while Lebron choked like usual. And you say that you have to have a good team to win a championship. The Heat had the best lineup by far on paper, but the team is made up of individual players that have to pull their weight and Lebron did way less than that in the post season.

It helped also that they "stole" Scottie Pippen from the Sonics when they traded Olden Polynice(who?) for him on draft night. Sure, Jordan has a better resume of clutch shots, but there are no stat's of how he was during the "clutch minutes", for example it's hard to compare his clutch to Kobe and Lebron's clutch.

Lebron has a better FG%(51%) than MJ(49%), Lebron is a better ballhandler; playmaker than MJ ever was, better rebounder. Lebron is a more versatile defender, he can lock down positions 1-4 and guarded alot of 5's(is able due to his strength), Jordan was a 3position defender. Lebron might be a better defender if he could handcheck guys like MJ did, Lebron is just much stronger than MJ and more athletic.Here you go

MJ had great dribbling, i just saw an SI collumist(prop knows better than most of us) write that Lebron was a better dribbler when he was comparing the two and a better playcaller and maker.Then again, Jordan never faced a zone defence in the NBA, it would have been interesting to see him handling it.
