  • heeeyyyyyy do you know that to scrap a car you have to get the gas thank out firts i wonder what DEC would say about this video.

  • look at that big pool of gas. I would die of laughter the day that that whole shit hole goes up in flames

  • I show no mercy for American automobiles from the 80s, 90s and beyond. You can blow them all to hell. It's the ones from the 50s, 60s, & 70s that I hate to see torn apart.

  • @19flipped True except I like the T-Bird, Cutlass Supreme and a few others. Trucks are always great.

  • the thunderbird had a new exhaust under it

  • this day in age the fuel was worth more than the scrap!!!

  • 1:00 what a wast of fuel

  • @planetvicecity whoever runs that yard is an idiot because we usually dont accept cars with a gas tank full of fuel

  • maybe the scrap crane can come over

  • Looks like they don't drain the fuel tank first. Looks like it opens and dumps fuel on the ground at 1:00

  • @fiddlerpin I used to live a few miles from a recycler and atleast twice a week you could hear explosions from fuel tanks getting sparked. After many complaints from locals it stopped. The fluids in these vehicles still leak into a toxic mess. Combine gas, antifreeze, brake fluid, powersteering fluid ,trans. fluid washer fluid etc. and in my opinion it makes some metal recyclers major polluters. And it gets washed away into your local water supply.

  • What about recycling...

  • Gotta admit I feel kinda bad for the old T-Bird but it did look pretty rough! Maybe a few good parts left on before being scrapped?

  • uh what the fuck, can he not back up right?

  • i was never good at crane games ether

  • when you get a hold of 6 semi trailors with a 345 bmh and a cat grapple you start getting into the real fun. Crushed full size busses are sweet too.

  • who ever is operating the crane is having way tooo much fun!!!

  • that is water in the gas tank, ive done this before! also soak the seats and the footwells in water and put sand and absorbant materials in the boot and soak them in water also. then fill car with crap metal and collect the cash! then off to the pub!!!

  • @2009jimmy2009 i like to use rocks..... and use the scrap metal for ferther beer money!!

  • You don't pay gas ?

  • grab the flatbed lol

  • Damn that old Thunderbird held out well compaired to that Mazda thing.

  • Is it normal in US that you don't remove the gas before wrecking? Unbeleavable!!!

  • No they remove the gas. But I guess this guy was lazy.

  • @HamburgMobile Some wreckers accept puncture+drain

  • @HamburgMobile whoever took the car in may have filled the gas tank with water, to add more weight. sand is popular also.

  • The car is a Mitsubishi Galant

  • @juanma590 NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

  • Warning do not tear tank gas out on floor not good for earth risk. should bad for water drink lead were area at home.. you must remove gas and oil before crush what has law.

  • Schoolkid's warning: These clowns will be your future co-workers if you flunk your exams.

  • what retards not even removing the gas...moRons..should have u your companies licence to opertate taken away.

  • a shame the truck driver is so unprofessional. most people could of just hooked the second car up

the action here turned the scrap car into a scrap car

  • It is illigal to pour gas on the ground stateside that stuff gets into groundwater you know.

  • wow that cherry picker operator is a total dumbshit

  • didn't even empty the gas tank... I hope you get your drinking water from far away!

  • looks like a little toy

  • I'm looking for a scrap yard to buy HMS1&2 for my buyers....

  • i work at a scrap yard and they really fuck some shit up!!!

  • hmm.. you took it there with a full tank of gas... what a wast

  • You really should remove the battery first!

  • What the heck? You don't take the good parts off of them first?

  • full tank fuel wasted on the groud:(

  • is that a 35th aniiversary 1990 supercoupe on that truck!

  • no jaguar it isnt its just a regular 1989-1990 thunderbird or thunderbird lx

  • Even if they're not that great, it's sad to see a car that'll never run again.

  • That is most satisfying. A Ford & a Mitsubishi ending up in the junkyard.

  • Noooooooooooooo, save evry Mitsubishi!

  • looks like the truck driver is a hazard to everyone on the road. He is not able to avoid acciedents

  • the guy behind the camera sounds like a quer... "heh heh" what an idiot

  • Ok mr critical

  • the land on that liebherr crane is fucking useless i would have tanked and stacked both of them by the time he tanked the first one

  • I once worked on a scrapyard and operated a forklift and excavator. Its really hard work, even though you dont have to take care for the cars brought in for scrapping. The more I teared them apart the better. I must admit that sometimes it was fun to scrap old cars and buses, popping tires, splattering glass and cracking steel like paper. But also loud and dirty. Good therapy against aggression!

  • so beautiful, so exciting, perfect!

  • that was gasoline was leaking right?

  • Destruction Rules!!!!!

  • my godness, pump the gas up BEFORE you scrap this car, you are a litterbug, poor realy!!!

  • Ford Thunderbird? I guess they can't be worth very much?

  • Its a ford of corse its not worth anything brother

  • what are you driving????

    a $50 dollar scrap chevy????

  • I am surprised that you are able to scrap them with the fuel tanks still in them, around here you cant even think of scraping a fuel tank unless it is cut in half, how many cars do you scrap a week?

  • Here you are also not allowed to scrap a car with filled fuel- and oil tanks. Shortly after the cars arrived for scrapping we just used a pointed axe and punched holes in the tanks to empty them. I really had to hit hard!
