Do some sweeps and slides and stuff. Tenor isn't about just slide across the drum. You got to cross those arms.

gahh, why play it faster than it needs to be. keep it slower and open up your diddles. My friend and I are both tenor players at our high school, he always wants to play our exercises and show music way faster than necessary and it always sounds like crap. faster isn't better dude.

@gagawanabsectionl: you can play matched on snare, or traditional. On quads you can't play traditional because you can't get around the drums
