@CBSNewsOnline I don't see video games as a "problem" as long as the parents discipline the kid to do his homework, projects, and study and then play video games. And if they get bad grades, then like limit the amount during the school week.

I'm amazed that these "professionals" lack the knowledge that video games are a form of art and treat video games like such a bad thing.

Looks like I'll never find a news channel that actually says something positive about video games. Its like a law now that you can't say anything good about Video Games in the news. It doesn't seem fair. Btw 3 hours a day? That would take forever to beat a Final Fantasy game and The Legend of Zelda. Ever Heard of them? Probally not. Why do I bother. You guys wont change your minds.

I play video games quite a lot, because I'm unable to work due to disability... but I find the most I can game for is about an hour and a half.

Gaming is so serious because anybody can buy a console and it's easy to do and because no body thinks it's that bad it's worse because you will kill 2 hours a day and more, yes they blew it out of proportion a little but especially children, would you give crack to your kids?...probably not.
