BiPAP versus CPAP

I know this may look stupid but i'm a machinist,the manual type i look at these overexpensive machine and think to my self.I can make one with a fish tank generator and a dimer .Please don't laugh too hard lol

I have used a C-Pap and hate them. I have a Bi-Pap and love it. Before I got a bi-Pap, I used to fall asleep anywhere and even feel asleep at the wheel and caused a wreck. Thank the Lord I did not hurt someone or myself. At first I was afraid of the Bi-Pap (Claustrophobic) and almost backed out of my sleep study and my wife said I could back out if I wanted to die. She was wonderful and slept on an exam table beside my bed. They will have to pull my Bi-Pap out of my cold dead fingers. I luv it!

So what would be the difference between a mode of bilevel on the vent and noninvasive bilevel? they are still doing the same thing correct?
