  • Running is natural. However, your main endurance focus should be powerwalking. Sprinting, running short distances, and maybe a little jogging (if you are thin) should be used to complement a powerwalking regimen.

    Powerwalking not only prevents injury, it uses rarely used core muscles which will help with sex, martial arts, dancing, everything. Jogging just pounds your skeletal system into stiffness.

  • You are right, power walking works with the body.
