I have recently bought a Roland Cube CM 30 watt monitor for use with my electro acoustic. It has no effects but has bass and treble controls and produces an amazingly clean acoustic sound for much less money than an AER amp which costs a crazy amount in the UK these days.
Thought it sounded great with amp & reverb, very slightly less with color, but the clean unplugged sound blew the others away in my opinion. Thanks man, that's just the test I was looking for.
