@runhorun Just watched this vid and I think most of 'em are just empty and not locking back. Other than that I can't answer your question other than shatty ammo. I love my ar's and I only have problems with cheap russian ammo.
heres a tip for walking and shooting. walk heel to toe and bend the knees a bit so your not completely standing. it will make the rifle alot more steady. it works wonders for me :) another suggestion is later on dont forget to learn about point shooting. accurate fire is important, but there will be a need to learn to shoot instinctively. systema focuses a great deal on this. especially with handguns. when you shoot without aiming and still hit your marks, your that much faster. great vid :)

My AR's fail only when they aren't broken in, or the mag is bad. I also add $20 worth of reliability upgrades. Break in an AR by sending a few hundred rounds through it. If a mag continually makes your AR fail, throw it away. AR's are not for the lazy, you have to do the work.
@troopcom failures to lock back on empty rifles students forgetting to fully load their rifles and such. keep in mind these are students in a class so i wouldnt expect perfection.

totally agree mate really happy to see your post, im 7 year British Army Ret and Ret contractor....the course seems to cover up there lack of real knowledge with some bullshit movement and fire drills... hated how they just ditched there expanded magazines and also the muzzle awareness on there kneeling transition drills were horrific.. the amount of barrels in the mud was ridicules...BASICS!!! feel sorry for these guys who wasted there money on this course and left feeling awesome

dude i hate my one point sling...to start off i'm a short shit ..but in neutral my barrel was alwayz in the dirt..so now i sling it around to the rear and pull my XD...it takes practice..but thats how you get to run..
12:15 is the reason why the m16/ar15 rifles gets the reputation of being unreliable, people ruining the magazines feed lips by smacking it in causing roughly 80% of malfunctions. Although it is more serious on aluminum and steel (because you wont know its fucked until it happens), you can still crack the feedlips on a polymer mag.

My black rifle is a Keltec Su-16. Just getting it broke in. I'd really like to have some contact info to take this class. So far I've been plinkin' and getting the red dot dialed in. totally agree mate really happy to see your post, im 7 year British Army Ret and Ret contractor....the course seems to cover up there lack of real knowledge with some bullshit movement and fire drills... hated how they just ditched there expanded magazines and also the muzzle awareness on there kneeling transition drills were horrific.. the amount of barrels in the mud was ridicules...BASICS!!! feel sorry for these guys who wasted there money on this course and left feeling awesome

@mathew83 My thoughts exactly. If you want to learn these techniques that bad and actually paying for it, why not just join the freaking army and learn the correct techniques instead of pretending to be in it. And getting in shape wouldn't hurt either.

@IMnotSAS Probably the same reason our militia kicked your british army behind back to England. They have more reason to fight than us, plus they have the home court advantage. Afghanistan is a big place, it's going to take take to secure. And please, if nato and the british were actually helping, it wouldn't have take this long. The reality is, we're pretty much doing this on our own with little to no help.

@yenhan705eh77 although you have never won a war by yourself, all of your special forces are based on ours, and frankly my experience of the american national guard is piss poor when doing a 6 mile TAB in the field they had to ditch there bergans and just have weapons and some chest rig.

12:15 is the reason why the m16/ar15 rifles gets the reputation of being unreliable, people ruining the magazines feed lips by smacking it in causing roughly 80% of malfunctions. Although it is more serious on aluminum and steel (because you wont know its fucked until it happens), you can still crack the feedlips on a polymer mag.

My black rifle is a Keltec Su-16. Just getting it broke in. I'd really like to have some contact info to take this class. So far I've been plinkin' and getting the red dot dialed in. Been shooting for over 30yrs and live in an area where I can get mighty dirty in the process doing alot of things they seem to do in these classes. I'd like to have some pros put the pressure on me to see how I do when it counts. Good vid, keep em comin'. Thanx.
