Tyrannosaur robots are a bit stiff. Carnivore dinosaurs actually had lips, and I think they therefore didn't show their teeth all the time :)

Plus, you'd need an Oocyte from the same kind of dinosaur which is also impossible. But honestly, I don't think we really need a T.Rex.
