  • i bet they are dizzy O:)

  • nah when they jump across to get on to it as its moving. lokks like if they mucked around they get chopped

  • what happens when a goat only gets half on??

  • @MsFoxan What kind of a question is this. You bet most of the goats get only half on. The idea is to get them out of the parlor fast and for the milker to go home.

  • is this in Schaijk? :P

  • bello!!!!!!

  • wow!

  • Ever tried to compare milk/cheese from goats imprisoned in this kind of intensive facilities and goats which can browse freely? Well you should.

  • i wnont know what kind a cow its , saanen mixed or what kind

  • Awesome video..

  • It's an impressive setup. Not sure if it's completely cost-effective though. I've seen a parlour in Gelderland, Netherlands, with a double 36 rapid exit parlour; they could milk 450/hour with one person, and this parlour is not going to be even comparable in cost. That was about as big as you want to go with a rapid exit though, in my opinion, so I guess this is the next step. Our own double 20 rapid exit does about 200/hour.

  • @ken1010ken 450 goats/hour per person means you're leaying to complete the milking chore in a hurry. You are leaving 75% of the milk in the udders and you are not stimulating the udders and washing the teats. Your goat operation is just to impress someone and not to make profit.

  • goat's bottoms as far as the eye can see...........

  • Why not Nubian's? Their milk taste better?

  • @constrength Nubians give a lot less volume, and most farmers get paid for volume, not taste. It's all about efficiency, not quality. Nubians are also not as intelligent as Saanens, and a rotary parlour is not fun if the goats can't figure it out. Nubians are great for hobby farms and speciality cheese producers, but not for a commercial dairy.

  • @ken1010ken Great info. Thanks for sharing.

  • @ken1010ken There is no efficiency if you are going to leave 75% of the milk in the udders and apply the suction cups to teats before milk starts dripping out of them. Half of the milk would be goat blood.

  • that is the most awesome thing!

  • I believe Fullwood's Combi-Cap goat rotary has a capacity of even uptill 1.00 goats an hour ?

  • @hoolahop73 I meant a 1.000

  • why do you not clean them?

  • IT IS AMEZING I NEVER THOUGHT THAT THIS WAS POSSIBLE, I MILK 1500 GOATS IN QUERETARO MEXICO, I WAS WONDERING THE POSSIBLITY TO GO AND VISIST YOU TO LEARN MORE. IS THIS POSSIBLE?

  • any effluent problems? seems like a pretty clean shed compared to dairy lol

  • Hi, could you please let me know ur email address or anyone's email address whose I can contact with to ask more detail re this system as it's really impressive and I wanna use it in my farm in Vietnam. BTW, which kinds of food do u feed them apart from grass? Do u need to cut the female goats for the purpose of milking?

  • @hangpham23 In Vietnam people need jobs. Milk the goats by hand. Use any system if you want them milked by machines. All you need is a parlor that has two platforms and a space between them for milkers to get in. The space should be lower than the platforms so the milkers would not have to sit to reach the teats and udders.

  • I do not believe it. The milker keeps on putting machine cups on the teets without msassaging or washining them. You see the goats keep getting on the rotary to the right and the rotary moves on and more goats are in the view of the milker to put machine on. The milk would be filthy milk

  • @fakir0005 Obviously you have no experience with goats or machine milking. Goats are extremely clean animals, and the system is closed. It has been proven that it is cleaner to not wash or strip goats before milking. Also, all milk is tested before being shipped, so filthy milk would be dumped.

  • @ken1010ken Obviously you are a bum who does not care. You do not need any experience. You just apply the vaccum cups and you are done. What the hell you reply to my comments to show you are an idiot.

  • @ken1010ken You8 would test pee to see if it is clean and drink it. That isw what you are doing by not washing the teats before applying suction Cups. Further it stimulates the udders and their teats and milk starts flowing freely and makes it easier on animals. What the hell is this video maker trying to show in the video other than that he has a dirty operation dirty

  • @ken1010ken Why would you spend money to milk the goats and dump the filthy milk. I bet the milk would show filth in all the credit worthy tests.

  • what costs the milk rotary

  • what costs the milk rotary?

  • Why a westfalia and not the fullwood one i believe its faster .

  • Wow that is slick. Looks like the goats load themselves up as well. I do wonder about cleaning the udder first.

  • how many goats do you milk?how much the facility cost?is the same equipment for sheeps?i have 700 sheep and i want to build new facility!!

  • how many goats do they milk? and how many per hour?

  • @123jolin

    5000 -6000 goats

depends what speed and how many people.

    700/hour

  • @milkingmachine1 You can't milk 700 goats/hour with any set up even by not washing the udders. You leaving 75% of the milk in the udders. You do not stimulate the udders besides leaving them dirty before milking.

  • @milkingmachine1 Jolin You have a very unprofitable dairy. You are just having goats to get government subsidies. You do not care for milk. Probably you are using supplying the goats on contract to eat up the bushes in the big jungles owned by people.

  • @123jolin

    5000 -6000 goats

depends what speed and how many people.

    700/hour

  • i am impressed

  • We r planning on buying more goats and milk at least 1200+ goats next year and planning on building another parlor. Right now we have a double 10, 20 units and takes us about 5hrs to milk our 600.

  • @jnelson1089 Get out of milk business. It is not meant for lazy bums like those who made this video. They are cruel to the animals. They do not stimulate the udders so the milk starts flowing before machines are applied. They injure the teats. Buyt you'd not care. You need to milk 1200 goats and you do not want to have more milking parlors and more milkers.

  • Good deal. We have a westfalia surge dealer in our area. I can talk to them about it. We milk about 600 in southern WI and we r at our capacity right now. We got about 1200 goats on the whole farm. 600 fresh and about 600 kids.

  • Where is this at and how can I get info.on this.

  • @jnelson1089

This installation in in Europe, (holland)

We can get you in contact with a local dealer to discuss equipment if you are interested in a system.

  • Very cool!! Don't you clean and disinfect their teats before you attach the units though???

  • @TBhorsegirl

    sometimes yes,sometimes no.

    goats are generally clean.

best practices recommends sanitation of teats before milking.

  • @milkingmachine1 How can they be clean. When they pee the pee will go over the udders and the teats. The milk is very unsanitary.

  • @fakir0005 Watch a goat peeing video!!!!!!!!!!

  • @fakir0005 Watch a goat peeing video!!!!!!!!!!

  • @fakir0005 Watch a goat peeing video!!!

  • @woodywoodroffe I do not have to do any watching because I've seen goats pee. They sit everywhere when they get tired. They have to sleep at night anyway. They do not care where they sit. What the hell is problem with washing the udders. Obviously you would not mind drinking Goat pee. I do. The farm is filthy. It should not be allowed to sell milk The milk may get tested. But it has goat pee. The testing is not meant to provide pee free milk. It is meant to limit the toxin created by the germs.

  • @fakir0005 Unless you are pouring the milk all over the goat's udder there is no reason that washing the udder is strictly necessary. It doesn't come in contact with the outside. And I always got the impression that washing is more for the benefit of the goat, to prevent mastitis.

  • @fakir0005 Watch a goat peeing video!!!

  • @fakir0005 Watch a goat peeing video!!! The milk gets tested!!

  • @woodywoodroffe Why would I watch a Goat peeing video? I've seen hundrreds of peeing and shitting goats and cows and horses and camels. To you every thing is new.

  • I love this!! Where is at?

  • @gmb5913

    this installation is in Holland
