  • Hi Dave,

I hope you are still enjoying our toning products to compliment with your health and fitness initiatives! Thank you for sharing your story.

    Cheers,

    SlendertoneUSA

  • @SlendertoneUS Okay, you guys are retarded. Who the Hell is Dave!?

Not to mention, pay attention to the video; I returned your craptastic product.

Comment approved to show your lack of attention to detail, just like the original infomercial!

  • I can honestly say you look slimmer...

Maybe it's the shirt idk, but you do look slimmer

  • i recommend jumping rope for weight los i lost 2 pounds a day thats 14 pounds for 2 weaks i lost 2 stone in two weaks jumping rope

  • $200?! there are devices on eBay same shit as this for $10.

  • dude. you look slimmer than you did when you started this

  • cardio+eat-less+slendertone = results

  • Look at the difference between your pictures from DAY 1 and DAY 30 and it's apparent that something happened to your gut. Self critic on something that is very gradual is probably the worse thing you could do for measurement. Consider using a wrap around ruler. Another thing...Diet is king...eat crap...look like crap.

  • All I can fathom from this product (i actually own the basic slendertone abs gym) is that the machine strengthen the abdominal muscle so that you have stronger abs. The issue of losing actual fat comes from actually burning the fat via exercise. In other words 'no point in filling up the car with fuel if you are not going to drive at high speed to get the car lighter" Well that's my five cents worth of knowledge.

    Peace out.

  • Don't listen to uneducated people who are saying you are too fat to use it. And I agree: McDonalds is GROSS! Try using it on a higher setting and more regularly if you haven't done so. :)

  • Have never used the belt so not defending it here, but I'm sure when the infomercial stated that you could maintain your daily activities....they didn't figure on people as being as inactive as you. If you play WOW, or FFXI or whatever.....you spend too much time on your ASS! If you eat Taco Bell.....you spend too little time learning about the stuff you put in your body and how it makes you fat.....The fact is.....you are lazy. Quit that and you will lose weight.

  • u may want to lose some of that fat and then u will see it

  • hey man this really helped me out on buying the product or not. did u loose any weight at all though

  • it seem like from day 1 to 30 u took off some inches. Did u measure your waist at the beginning and the end to see a different? I see your belly a little smaller in day 30 compare to day1. overall thank you for doing this experiment. Now i can decide.

  • It tones muscle.

    Not burn fat.

  • i would be more worried about all them caps. you do knows its considered gay if you wear a cap n its not sunny.

  • @biguglygadgie I have all those caps because they no longer fit my fat head. I have been holding on to them because I have yet to decide what to do with them. I used to wear hats all the time, not so much anymore. I should donate them or throw them out, as of right now, they are packed away in a box somewhere.

  • you have to eat right, actually exercise, and what the product does is tones your abs, it wont make you "lose weight" thats not what its for so you cant do a review if your to big to see results its not meant to make you lose 30 40 50+ pounds its supposed to make you lose some weight and tone and strengthen muscles.

  • you know you do have to burn fat to see the muscles. Its to tone MUSCLES ! :)

  • I think your trying to be honest but nothin in this world will help you if your not treating your body right! You only have one my friend let's see some movement wii would be awesome for you!

  • I use my slendertone everyday before my workout and after my workout. I would like to say that you will not get results in 30,60. or even 90 days that is a gimmic on any product out there that tells you can get result in that time. For all who use slendertone keep it up and good luck.

  • Now i dont wanna like troll or whatever, but i think you may have used it incorrectly, and tbh...just go to the gym, it's much cheaper than $200 and a month will get you much further, it showed results after 7 days for me, though i saw this video and went gym for a month or two before,

thanks, your vid helped me :)

  • @everyone except WolfeMasters...I dont think any of you know how to read. The guy KNOWS that you need to go to the gym and eat right aka (lifestyle change) not a diet...to get weight loss results. However, his MAIN reason for doing the video review was to prove Slendertone's infomercial wrong. Because initially they did state that you only need to strap the belt on and watch your 6 pack become visible. He was just showing people that it doesnt work that way so they wont go out buying it. DUH!!

  • @Trini2DiBone and the infomercial does not have any fat people in it they had already slim people who have a hard time to get result for their six pack they don't have a kegger problem

  • I don't think you know how to use this item lol

  • hmmm I dont think ppl are understanding what your sayin. although I do agree with razorback30001 you do look like you lost a bit of weight . Wheather or not he dieted or excersized is not the point he was just going by what they said and letting us know what happens if you follow that routine. baicaly its not as easy as it says it is to get resluts with out additional excersize and diet. dont blame him for doing what the product says it can do.

  • Look like you lost weight. Look at day 1 and then now. Look like you've lost about 40 pounds. I think it really works.!!

  • You are overweight did you honestly expect 6-pack abs? You could have done the most physical abs workout for a year and got the same results with your body fat.

I am 5'10" 150lbs and have been doing MANY abs exercises for nearly 2 years and I am just now getting close. Those models on TV didn't use this to get their abs.

  • @WolfeMasters, thanks for this informational video. I already had doubts about how they priced this thing, and now, this made me think twice about buying it. It is true that you use energy[not exactly burn fat] when you work up any muscle, but this video proves that you also need to change your eating habits in order for slendertone to work its magic.

  • thanks man for the in for

  • why do you all think its about what you eat when its really not, in september 2010 i weighed 14 1/2 stone, from september i started going back to kickboxing after a year, i eat everything i did before, no strict healthy eating plan or anything and im now down to 11 1/2, iv lost 3 stone. Any excersise even slendertone does burn fat because when your muscles are getting worked your body uses your fat supplys for energy so the fat does burn.

  • and thats why you just go to the gym...

  • Slendertone is for people who aren't overweight, you can't expect the company to give you a full refund, they are very generous giving you a discount in the first place. This is for people don't have excess body fat but are untoned not overweight! Shows how easily some people are influenced by advertising. This will work with on an individual who has taken the steps to loose weight before trying to tone their stomach! How will the toning belt stimulate the muscles through the layers of fat?

  • You've done it ALL WRONG @_@; Overwight/obese people are just expecting to find an easy way out ALL the time. There is no easy way out. I understand that you were going along the lines where they said you didnt have to do anything else, but to what standard should your body have been in the first place. If you do what you have always done, you'll get what you have always given. But the videos are helpful and maybe people can learn from your lesson, i certainly have before buying the product x

  • lawls it doesnt work on fat people

  • Hey man the idea is for it to do muscle work outs of course to lose fat which is the case with me as im not big but have a bit too much belly fat then you need to do cardio to get ride of that. :) hope things work out for you dude :)

    peace :)

  • what kind of food do you consume during the whole of your 30days while using the Slendertone? it wouldn't work if you keep on eating your usual diet and without any extra exercises dude.

  • @normil91 I understand that you need to eat right and exercise if you want to lose weight. The original infomercial stated that you do not need to do either though. Which is why I tried it out and posted my results.

  • @WolfeMasters I remember those commercials. You speak the truth! They did say "no change to diet" It works but all it does is build muscle. I had good results but I was using the Couch 2 5 K plan at the same time.

  • @happygoth007 I actually got that app for my iPhone 4, I did the first run and got a sharp pain in my side. So I decided to go a bit slower, I need to work my way up to being able to do that.

  • @shadowofmerlin I appreciate the compliment, but I am going to blame the camera and different colored shirts. I still weigh 285 pounds.

  • Hello There

I love this product . You need to change you diet and do some cardio to see results . Many of the people know use this as an alternative to "ab- excersices " - this product WILL not make you loose weight . You May have very nice abs under that large belly but you have to loose the belly before you can see your abs .

  • @TheMinime88 I tried to make it known that it will not make you lose weight and the company actually changed their infomercial about a month after I posted these. It used to state that you could lose weight without exercise, i guess I helped disprove that.

  • He looks thinner in this video than he does in the "Day 1" video. That was the first thing I noticed. He was portioned better. I thought he was going to say it works. Hahaha I honestly watched it for about 8 seconds and said oh shoot this thing does work, look at how much more firm his gut is compared to Day 1

  • @shadowofmerlin I appreciate the compliment, but I am going to blame the camera and different colored shirts. I still weigh 285 pounds.

  • If you would have done proper research you would know the only results you will see is muscle strenthening and toning, which of course cannot be seen if there is fat covering the muscles. Also it depends on the level of difficulty you operate it. The belt is not the problem. Maybe you should have kept it and incorporated a cardio routine of some sort. You would have saw some type of results. You're judging something you have no clue how to effectively operate.

  • @Bae8707 The point of this video was to disprove the original infomercial that stated that you could lose weight without exercising. The infomercial has since been changed, but I have left these videos up here for informational purposes.

  • actually dude i see a diff although its very small..i paused at day one and day 30 at the side view and day one is bigger...if your we not doing any cardio with this then thats where u went wrong....plus your a really big guy and have alot to shed.

  • You are supposed to execise along with it, looks like you need it.

  • @SykoSkillz That I do. I am setting up a new series of videos to record results from the P90X program, but I have a lot of friends that want to help as well. So after I can get all the information gathered and we can all record our results, and share them here.

  • Obviously your still ging to look the same way because youve got all your fat covering yur muscles if you did sme excersice t loose the weight u would see the abdominal muscles underneath

  • from the day 1 video, you DO look like you've lost a little weight in the abdomen tho.

  • love the six pack

  • @SuperJaypea I am sure you mean keg.

  • you will not see any physical results just wearing the belt as it is not a fat burning tool

  • people need to do a little research before they buy things like this or start a workout program. You need to have a little knowledge about the body and fitness in general so you can have realistic expectations going into something. You said in one of the earlier videos that you expected at least some results, but I just don't understand what type of results you'd expect to get? you might have a stronger core, which might give you a healthier back and posture, but you will not see any physical

  • @mallrat11 I expected more physical results, there may have been core results, but underneath the keg.

  • @mallrat11 We just go by what the infomercial claims...those are the changes people look for...noone cares about posture or strength...its about looks ;)

  • i bought it for 50$

  • Like others have said, it doesn't burn fat, only tones muscle. I've cycled off 3 stone of lard in 4 months and only now use the belt as it's pointless if you're fat. PLUS if you can stand there and chat without looking like you're using it, it aint turned up enough. I run mine at 77/75. No pain, no gain.

  • @JetJunkie I ran mine at 99 before sending it back. As stated before though, it has layers of fat to try and get through. I could stand there talking because I felt nothing more than a vibration. Too much fat means it did not give me the full effect.

  • dude keep using it. i reckon you need a lot more help. the product does work.

  • agreed with below comments eat healty go for a jog you can see a 6 pack if its civered with fat thats a fact get off your ass and work out

  • u have to workout consistantly and a strict diet.... jog for 30min.... do upper body workouts and legs... with the belt u'll be ok in 30days trust me

  • which one did you get? iv bought ( well waiting ) for the slendertone system abs / arms female.

i do realise iv got to excercise to help as it wont rid my flab alone.

anybody got the system compared to the others?

  • I do appreciate that most of the users here have posted insulting comments such as "ITS CUS YOUR FAT" etc..

The reason why you haven't seen results in using the product is becase it is not designed for "fat loss" it is designed for users who have a low bodyfat percentage (from about 16%-18% or below i would think) and help them get those abs out and shown, you have to remember your abs is 1 muscle, what you see that make it look like loads of muscles are tendons which keep your abs together

  • @jackcrane105 A lot of the people have called me fat, but in a constructive manner. All comments are monitored so the straight up negative comments that have nothing constructive to say, are filtered out.

  • @jackcrane105 Stole my exact words to the tee!

  • Your fat, you can't just but the slendertone on and expect results. You will have to loose wait.

  • Everyone has abs underneath fat but you cannot see them if you are over 10% bodyfat. So on a guy like this, id recommend cardio first to lose bodyfat and then you may see results.

  • It’s a "SLENDERtone" not lose 8 stonetone.

It’s a toning aid it won’t help anyone with a gut! (Toning up not loosing weight)

  • i just got the contour. same kind of of thing as the slendertone. But these things are for toning abs. so if you can already see your abs and just need to tone it its an amazing product. I had a gut from eating fast food more than 5 days a week. I cut out fast food from my diet completely. i run every day for 30 minutes. and do a six minute ab video exercise everyday. this along with the ab belt and I can now see my abs without flexing took me three months so worth the second looks i get now.

  • it will effect you're abs but you have to be slimmer than you no offense

  • um u do know it doesnt help u loose weight, it just tones. I dont see how you would see results when you have all that weight still..

  • u need to lose stomach fat do cardio

  • Calm down sweetface, it'll be alright...take deep breathes. In......and out.....

Also yea I'm considering getting it but I might wait in all. Again I'm quite thin but would like a 6-pac.

  • uhm dude.... sorry to break it to you but the slender tone belt insn't going to make you lose all that belly.... first you have to be slim with little sight of your abs... and the slender tone belt helps to define it..to sculpt your abs...to make them bigger....not lose fat

  • Actually, contrary to some arguments, muscle building and fat burning somewhat works together at a certain ratio. A guestimate based on memory is like build 1lb of muscle while losing 3lbs of fat. If you casually excercise while using the flex belt, you WILL lose fat. However, if your daily routine consist of hot-pockets, twinkies, and WoW, you will NOT see any results. (2 month Slendertone user; along with high fiber/protein diet and hip hop dance)

  • @hyunwoo828 I resent that comment. I do NOT play WoW.

    I play FFXI.

  • @WolfeMasters

its all about the ffxiv now

  • @hyunwoo828 There is no ratio. It depends on your caloric intake if your gonna gain muscle or lose fat. Only beginners can do both at the same time.

  • I know I'm a bit late, but sweetheart the slenderotne is used as part of your diet and cardio plan. As someone stated earlier it tones your stomach, it does not burn fat. So you should have been excercising and eating in moderation. So you can blame yourself, not the company. Saying you have a bad knee is an excuse, there are other forms of excercisie that you can do that is not vigorous like WALKING. ITS SIMPLE, there ain't no two ways about it.

  • Good video. I'm very slim and it didn't work for me either.

  • dude, its builds muscle, not burn fat. lose some weight and i bet youll look pretty good underneath

  • does the slendertone work for skinny people?

  • so you just proced that it doesnt work for overweight people if they dont have some kind of cardio and diet plan. But what about skinny people. i Mean serisously i am tired of all the people who are overweight complaining about the product. They have a million other inventions and products out that are made just for them. Finally something tat is made for people who are either skinny mor somehow in decent shape already, how effective is it for them is my real concern.

  • you need to work on ur diet.

both diet and exercise will help. not tacos and running. ull be on the same place

  • I don't think the belt is for you

  • you absolutely have to do some work along with this. it's function is to tone, and if you have a belly that size it just won't work as quickly as you want it to. Running is the best thing for it, and then once the belly is gone, you will see results much quicker!

  • you are wrong my friend don t try to slander the product if you read the box is say to be use with a proper diet ,i have a belt and it tones my adominal muscles ,you can not over- eat sit down put on a belt and expect to have a slim abdominal it takes more than 30 days also you have the use the belt for months for the results to show, you don t look like you want to be in shape ,i have been using belts like these for years,my advice to you is lose some weight around your abdomin before you try

  • I bet you have the worlds strongest abs underneath all that fat. Lose the fat and then see the difference

  • i agree with rik0na you have lost weight you need more time but i think your heading in the right direction.

  • Just Hit The Gym Like I Do

  • i do loads of football and boxing, i am strong but have not got a toned stomach. slendertone toned me up to the point where have a 4 pack. Only buy slendertone if you already do regular excercize and are slim.

  • The slendertone does not reduce your weight. It specifically says that on the box. As for your abs, if you use the slendertone correct, you can feel it working and the results will come within 30 days. Great product that works well. No offence but you are probably too fat for the slendertone hence why you cannot see any results

  • to be honest with you i think you have lost weight from your mid section its not a vast amount but it is visible.

i suggest people look at day one.

  • This product has been made for skinny people to put muscle on, the fact of the matter is if your over weight there is no miracle pill or device that lets you loose weight without exercising

  • Dude you have to work out to get the results aswell you cant just put that on and hope it is going to, you have to do high intensity cardio and ab training along with that and then it will work.

  • quite honestly, it's a very subtle difference but you DID go down. I have been watching your other videos.

Have you also been eating right and doing cardio?

  • My fat butt refuses to do exercise, so unfortunately no cardio and I love tacos. Actually, I have a bad right knee and a bad left ankle, which is why I do not exercise. I am currently seeking medical attention for alternative exercise methods that will not injure my legs further.

  • I'm sorry that your knee and ankle isn't in good condition. I hope you'll be able to get good responses from the doctors as to finding alternative exercising methods.

My sister did exercises in the pool so she wouldn't hurt her knee any more than it already is, perhaps you could ask your doctor about that?

  • @WolfeMasters,

Well OF COURSE you aren't losing anything... your eating is wrong, you don't work out, and you only do the slendertone. And your injuries are more than likely from your bad health. Get in the pool and swim...that's a low impact workout for your joints, yet very affective for a workout.

  • my dad has that same problem with arthritus in his knee he goes on a bike for 30 minutes a day on light pressure hes still overweight but if I was you I would try lifting weights go for light weight and a lot of reps with little rest inbetween your reps. im a little underweight so I lift heavy weight with low reps and lots of rest lol.

  • @WolfeMasters I had knee and ankle problem too. Try using ecliptical machine or biking and you will be fine.

  • @WolfeMasters sorry man but those are excuses. your like 30 im 17 and have a parshly torn muscle in my rotater cuv in my left shoulder, and a herniated disk in my lower spine,(Disk popped out and is hitting nerve). Thats why football is over for me. And trust me you dont know pain till you injure you back since you use you back for everything. all these worse probs and i still managed to hit the gym and loose 30 lbs in 39days, Seems like you lover your tacos more than you love your self

  • @Jamezy316 I know they sound like excuses, maybe they are. I am currently looking into the P90X system and I will be doing a video on that once I get everything organized.

  • @WolfeMasters PX90 will kick your ass if you are not in some kind of shape already. Fist video already have you doing pull ups or you can use bands. Either way, if you are out of shape cardio wise, you won't last the fist 20 minutes of the video. I've tried it and it's hard. I am not fat either.

  • @cumitran Actually, I am currently setting up for the P90X system. I currently have it (but have not started yet) and I am going to take the videos of it to the next level. Instead of just getting just my view on it, I am going to two gyms to speak with personal trainers and I am going to keep track of my progress and upload those videos here as well. I should have things plotted out with the trainers and have a plan set up within the next month or two, other circumstances willing.

  • Slendertone isn't made for fat loss. It is made to tone yoour core which it does (I have used one for ages), but I have an athletic body.

If you want to lose weight around your midsection you need to exercise and diet. Slendertone just stimulates your muscles to contract, which scientificaly proven, WILL tone and strengthen as you increase the current. This won't make your belly fat dissapear however.

  • The fact is you won't see any results if you have excess weight. It strengthens muscles not burn fat!

  • @turducken665 thats exactly what im say you cant expect it to make you lose 50 pounds and not do anything else!

  • bro tanks now i know what you know about contour???

  • it doasnt burn fat

    it makes muscle

  • dude it works if you dont eat mcdonalds, plus cardio wouldnt hurt

  • I know right...

  • @krzifngrs I don't eat McDonalds. Their food is disgusting.

    I eat Taco Bell.

  • @WolfeMasters thats not gonna help bro..

  • @krzifngrs For $200 they should add in a meal plan and workout guide

  • thanks there should be more guys like you

  • Hi dude .I dont know who you are ,but i am very thankful to you ,neither i am a fatty nor want to purchase this item.I am saying you thanks ones again because ,you given a wonderful message to the people who want to loose the fat in an easiest way. This is really a great job friend so that every one can have a look and change their attitude.

  • If I was you

    do something fun

like Taebo, hip hop abs, and or even 10 minute trainer.

or it you want to get ripped

    P90X or Insanity.

that help my friend and me.

make a chart or make a change on your eating habits.

  • is there any belt like this but that makes you LOSE WEIGHT instead of shape abs? I have a belly also and I just want to lose the weight I don't care about the abs I just want a flat stomach any belt that does this same thing but for belly fat lose? Plz let me know thanks.

  • @str8soulja305 there are belts that make you shift fat but you need to do allot of running its basically just a sweat belt that makes you sweat around your stomach burning more calories and fat in that area. the reason this guys slender tone didn't work is he may have big abdominal muscles but they are not visible because he has a layer of fat on top of them.

  • its called get on a treadmill and work

  • he has a bad knee and ankle its so hard to lose weight when you have that problem going on a bike is about your only option and you have to keep the pressure on really low so you have to go for a long time like 40 minutes a day to even have an impact, my dad has arthritus in his knee and he goes on the bike for 30 minutes a day and eats very little but hes still overweight. another option is lift light weight with high reps and little rest.

  • straight facts

    *cardio (running, cycling) burns fat.

*strength training (sit ups, pull ups) will improve muscle definition and strength.

*therefore, you will be gaining more and more muscle under your stomach fat which will give you physical strength, not 'visual strength' so i would recomend a vigorous jog around your area by day at 160bpm (which is the height of fat burning rate rate) and strength exercises (with slendertone) by night. I hope i have helped

  • WolfeMasters I work at a gym and a trainer. The Slendertone and other similar products do work. The products were never met to burn fat. It was design to strengthen and firm muscles. And beside you have to eat correctly while you use these products and do other form of workouts. You can't just rely on these devices to get the perfect body. Obviously you dont know what you were doing. That why you fail.

  • Right...but I've seen the product at Costco and he's correct in his statements regarding the advertisement. You can return anything to Costco for 90 days, so if anyone's interested that's the place to purchase it to try it out.

  • yes but isnt that the whole point of getting the belt, so it does the work FOR YOU. whats the point if you can just do it yourself. I can understand the dieting, thats common sense. but after doing the belt you are telling me i still have to go out and sweat. I am just see this guy's side of the story

  • LMFAOOOO no offense i saw all ur vids HAHAHA this is hilarious, & u r absolutely right it doesn't make u lose fat, lol i don't think the shocks were even powerful enough to get through the fat and tone ur inner ab muscles

  • I own one of this belts and let me tell you it does work!! "BUT" it will not work on top of that much fat... (I am a slender girl but I wanted muscle definition) I had a friend try it and she could not feel anything on the level that i could barely stand. Wolfmasters let me recomend this other belt for you its called "Sauna Twin" and it burns fat its great i've used it in the past. After that when you loose some stomach fat try Slendetone again!!!! good luck.

  • Ok. Nobody has addressed that he said he had absolutely NO results and would not recommend the product, but then said he would pay $50 for it. Why would he pay anything for it if he didn't feel it worked?? Yes everyone has said that you have to have less fat to SEE the results but keep in mind that Muscle itself requires more nutrients and will eventually over the long term (very long term) cause you to loose weight.

  • I would not recommend the belt because I did not see immediate results as their original ad stated. I do not feel that that it worked for me, but it could work for others. Personally, I do not feel that it would be worth paying $200 for it but if they would lower the cost to about $50, I would recommend trying it. It is NOT worth $200.

  • Am pretty sure it works even bruce lee used this kind of stuff but you are not actually moving so there are no calories burned so you wont see results. I workout and most people will tell you legs and abs are a real pain and I hate doing them. This would work better for someone like me who works out buts does abs physically maybe once a week and the rest would be the ab belt. there is no easy way out this is just a workout aid not a supplement it is also good for retaining what you already have.

  • Uh this is pretty much common sense and you wasted a month of your time doing this. It won't work if you're chunky or fat because it doesn't burn calories. You simply won't see and muscles underneath all that fat. You have to supplement Slendertone with good dieting and exercise before you can start to see toned abs. There's no such thing as spot burning fat away.

  • It didn't work because it's just another gimmick. Real TENS devices are powered by AC. Even those are only used to aid in building muscle back after much muscle loss to a normal level.

You don't need to question if something is truly working because results speak for themselves. It doesn't matter what you feel until you actually see unquestionable results. That's what real fitness programs provide.

Of course if you follow their diet guide - that was the source of changes.

  • dude.. you want results, first thing you do is lose fat. slendertone helps toning your abs, but you will NEVER see results with that beer stomach of yours. sry mate

  • the slendertone does not help you lose weight ! it says that in the instructions. it defines the muscles, it probaly has defined your muscles, but you obviously cant see the results because they are hidden underneath your fat.

CARDIO is the only way to lose weight. its simple.

if you need some tips about losing weight, anyone, just email me.

  • im 14 about 15pound overweight. i have 20lb weights, and a treadmill helllllppppppppppppp

  • Use them!

  • lmao

  • your only 14, and only 15 lbs overweight!? thats nothing, you shouldnt be worried, just work harder in p.e. if you have that class and dont eat school food, bring your own homemade good stuff.

  • hi, i have this product and i can really feel it working on my sides, but i cant feel anything happening on my stomache when its on.

is it still working the stomache muscles even tho i cant feel it there??

  • yeh i have the same problem.....

  • yeah, you;ll feel the side ones more because you don't use them as much as your fronts (think about sitting up and bending and stuff, theyer always used.) just up the inensity and you'll feel the pain aha :D

  • As stated by others, abs will not be seen if you have fat over them. CARDIO CARDIO CARDIO... lose fat, and tone, when the fat comes off you'll see the toned muscles. the whole month you used the belt, you could have been doing millions of crunches/situps, but if you didnt lose the fat, they wouldnt show either!

  • its probably because you need to loose more abdominal fat before you can see the results. You can do this by doing lots of cardio and a proper diet.

  • ur too fat too make a difference

  • no offence but your belly could fit 3 of them on it and your meant to start with above the bellly button and work your way down and up moving the belt every hour or so to work those muscles , the area you are toneing is from the ribs - if you can feel them - to the pubic area , btws selndertones are not machenes that tell your stomach to shrink :L hunger pains are shrinking of the stomach ask me more in private mail and ill help you out

  • thats because you need to be slender so there is a max of a couple of centermetres of fat between the pads and the muscles - ive bee using it for 5 days now and before i was genuinly just a slender guy with no define muscles, now if I tense i have a four pack!! the top four that is, but you did a good video, fair etc, but it does work, u just need to be thin :) thxs for the vid

  • Unfortunately you were looking for something that you were obviously not going to find, loose of weight. The product like you concluded isn't designed for someone like yourself at your current state and current needs. I would say more for myself, i've lost a stone & a half, over a period of 3-4 months through vry hard work, which i've maintained and put on about half a stone because i was abit to slim for my build. i play soccer twice a week, cycle to work every day, run 5k once a week.

  • dude ... no offense .... but your overweight! ... and to second what everyone else is saying , its not designed to burn fat ! .. they say you can loose upto a maximum of an inch or two of your waist , but even this is not going to work if your overweight ....

  • you have to run everyday while using this....Even doing crunches alone will not show your abs....There is layers of fat covering the abs...the belt had probably created muscles under that layer of fat he just needs to run it off

  • Thanks for this vid .

you gave a honest review on your experience with the belt without being offencive to others that have tried it and it did the job for them .

if only all reviews on products was as honest as this

  • Look mate. you use the muscle toner to build your muscle power. its not designed to make you lose weight. like kjc said you need to do weight lifting as well as the cardivascular side of things

  • Just saw the infomercial for that in Tokyo. Thanks for the video.

  • It's not designed to make you lose weight, it's only designed to tone your muscles. Your meant to work-out as well as use it for it to work, it doesn't do the toning all by itself. Plus, it was never advertised as to help you lose weight.

  • no offense but your fat theres fat in between you muscles and abs so your not gonna see results if theres fat between the muscle and your outer appearence on your skin

  • well of course if theres 6 inches of fat between it and the muscles it probably wont work

  • dude its not just for muscles it tences your muscles up and causes them to heat up a little so when u do an exercise like run, do crunches, push ups and all that you will loose weight because you will burn weight faster an your stomach will heat up. Dude if you spent that whole month wearing that belt and excercise you would of lost like 20 pounds!!!!! it does work its made for people to lose weight..

  • I don't have to buy the slendertone, because that POS does not work. "Core" is the most gruesomely overrated term used to sucker in workout newbies with little experience. In reality, most fitness experts just do basic ab work and concentrate more on weight training, cardio and a proper nutritional diet. Hell, there are people who have six packs who never workout on abs. My advice, skip the ab workout gimmicks. Not worth, you are better off with dummbells instead, which actually work

  • hey man, thanks for saving me a lot of money and frustration

  • It wont do anything if you are big actually, Ive been using one for a few weeks not everyday tho, but I have noticed a tighter stomache I got like a 1/2 inch of fat over my abs so its helping to bring my abs up while I am losing that little bit of fat.

  • Why would you have thought it was for you?

  • i brought one 2 days ago its great. to the poster using it and eating fatty foods wont help use the slendertone but loose weight aswell that will help

  • LOL man, you realy shiould have listened ti the add or the reseller well. This product was NEVER advertised or sold for weight loss. IT is only for muscles.

  • thats why it called slender"TONE" lol i just ordered 1 lol but i do run so yeahhhhhhhhh =] lol

  • for slendertone to work you need to have very little abdominal fat cos it tones muscle, it doesnt get rid of fat.

The television advert for the product is misleading.

  • Agreed. Without a cardio workout, how could one expect to stimulate muscle beneath such a forcefield of fat?

  • Hey wolfmasters, Im a personal trainer and would just like to add that people do get sucked into the advertising on this product which does actually state to give you a flatter stomach. However this product does work for the 'average' person i.e. some body who is in the normal weight range. your abs are actually sitting under your excess fat. Calling it the slendertone is a bit misleading too because in no way can ths product make u more slender but obviously they want u 2 think that b**t*rds

  • u need resistance to build muscle this will just flex ur muscles over n over even if u see a differance u will plateau, so u should jus stop tryin to find the easy way out n jus exeercise

  • hey wolfemasters, i've considered buy an ab belt and do you predict that there would be physical results if there is less belly fat? I'm looking for a workout of the lower ab muscles, obliques, and love handles. I work out and exercise often.

  • iv got the slenderstone and u can clearly feel/see a difference after using it for a while but it doesnt work on obese people because it tones muscle and if u have 6 inches of fat blocking it...it wont work!
