@MacMood55 same here, if someone gives you info please can you forward it to me. you should start with pullups, using different grips (wide, narrow, underarm, palms away), pressups, situps, crunches, bicycle crunches, planks, pressups, squats with body weight then when they get easy try one legged squats, lunges. when all of it becomes too easy get a weighted vest. but i need speicifc programs man trynna piece all of this together!

GSP has went to decision on almost every fight since he gained his title back, I respect both fighters and the sport. This is going to be a war. The best i've seen gsp was when he trained with freddie roach and manny paqiou. After that fight, he was kind of boring again. He is a grinder, like john fitch. Condit is a contender and entertainer.

Don Hyun Kim's face when he got KO'ed was hilarious. He was clearly out of it from the flying knee but Condit still proceeded to inflict damage landing 4 unanswered blows directly onto the googly eyed Kim's face, a reminicsent of Caol Uno when fought BJ Penn the first time.
