v2 is no pioneer and they need to stop acting like they provide a unique product in this niche.
Their batteries come from the same Chinese manufacturer as all the other brands of this particular battery. Everything they sell is shipped in from China. Their accessories are over-priced and of poor quality. Once you try an American made juice/flavor- you will notice the chemical taste in v2 flavors.
This company is just terrible- but well marketed. That's it.

The ONLY reason v2 has ANY standing in the market is because of the money they spend in advertising. They do not offer a unique product. You can buy this brand of battery anywhere. The only thing v2 does is slap their logo on it and jack the price up.
@PuntYourJunk you say that v2 batteries come from the same manufacturer as all other brands. this is insane. there are over 35 manufacturers in china producing batteries for ecigs. not 1. and UNLIKE EVERY OTHER ecig company v2 does sell a completely unique battery, and they test their liquids for safety prior to use. how do i know all this? my uncle is one of the v2 engineers who was hired to redesign their batteries from the inside out. i know first hand that NO ONE sells what v2 sells.
@PuntYourJunk V2 hasnt sold KR 808D's in over a year. their batteries are made with the same threads as KR808 so as to be backwards compatible with any 808 carts, but try and put a v2 battery on a KR808 charger and you will have a serious problem!
Oh man....the charger. yes, the charger will keep me roped into their poor customer service, slow shipping, constant back orders, and minimal selection. Gimme a break. They are the same and you can buy a compatible charger for your KR808 anywhere for half the cost of V2's so-called proprietary charger - which, by the way...suck.
I'm holding in my hand, a V2 standard that I bought in December and one from Vapor4life and they are the exact same thing. Go scam elsewhere.
@PuntYourJunk big surprise that a metal tube from one company and the metal tube from another look the same :) the internal compenents are certainly different. i've opened them up, along with blu, greensmoke, safe cig, and others. i've tested each of their voltage, mAh, and cartomizer impedence. only one company's battery reaches 4.2 volts. . .and it ain't vapor 4 life.
I said they are the same. I didn't say anything about the looks of metal tubes, but please go ahead and keep reading things how you want to read them.
I would say that the quickest and most effective way to prove your point is to go ahead and post a video of you running such tests and the results. Put up or shut-up
@PuntYourJunk sure, im going to go through all that trouble to prove a troll wrong. put your V4L on a voltage meter at full charge and tell me if it ever gets past 3.7 volts. enjoy that weak vapor all you like. the fact remains, they are not the same batteries. and anyone who says different has no clue wtf the're talking about.

A Google search of KR808D1 will net you similar results. It's the same hardware but with the V2 logo on it.
