    i wish all those(talent) show's on television would stop with the dancing and singing format and show real talent like you. i am also a guitar,bass player, and want to take lesson's at 54 year's old to play the cello, it's never to late

    do you play from notes? or you have tabs for its.

    how do you train this technic ?

  • For this one I had to transpose the violin music into bass clef notation, but I sometimes use tabs as well. I could write out a tab if you wanted.

    As for the techniques used:

    For tapping practise look up Victor Wooten.

    For three fingered plucking practise look up John Myung.

    For artificial harmonics practise look up Steve Bailey.

    That's how I learned them, hope this helps!
