do you play from notes? or you have tabs for its.

how do you train this technic ?

For this one I had to transpose the violin music into bass clef notation, but I sometimes use tabs as well. I could write out a tab if you wanted.

As for the techniques used:

For tapping practise look up Victor Wooten.

For three fingered plucking practise look up John Myung.

For artificial harmonics practise look up Steve Bailey.
