Laws should be written such that any high school graduate can read and understand them. The Tax Code as is, seems to me, to be designed to cause honest men to make mistakes that carry penalties; bringing still more money into government coffers. I'm no lover of this government. For me, its just a hungry beast serving the super rich.

Humanity is inherently greedy and or lazy. Motivated by personal gain and survival. Most of earths heat is trapped in the oceans and roughly first twenty thousand feet of earths atmosphere. Once the removal of heat becomes rapid enough "Global Warming" will start a new ice age. It takes a few years of physics to understand.

Laws should be written such that any high school graduate can read and understand them. You can't steal what was already stolen from you, and demanding justice from those who stole from us is not stealing. The criminals on Wall Street never earned their money - their idea of a hard days work is moving cash from one pocket to another. I don't have a maid - i'm perfectly capable of cleaning up after myself.

@CSATexan There shouldn't be a third party government telling people what to do - that's fascistic and statism. In democratic socialism, people are the government and make decisions on production democratically and plan things logistically. The individual is protected from exploitation by others and works cooperatively with fellow workers. If you define 'liberty' as the freedom for one person to parasite off of another, then i guess socialism is tyranny. But in reality, socialism is freedom.

@CSATexan Democracy means the government is all of the people. Democratic socialism means that workers own their workplaces and operate them democratically and cooperatively. There are no victims, unless you count someone who can't profit off of stock losses or someone who can't have five houses as a 'victim'. In that case, i guess so. In reality, everyone can benefit in a decentralized, democratic free socialist society.
