@ejfmoura Acho que uns 5km de descida ... Não é muito íngreme mas o visual é sensacional. O vídeo não reproduz nem metade do que é ao vivo ... Abraços,
Only do this with thick tire tubes (not the tire, the tube inside the tire). The thin racing ones will blow out hitting anything bigger than a pebble.
That's an impressive descent! I'm a beginner to road biking, but I love the sport so far. I mainly commute, but I'd love to do distance in the future. In America, there are very few places as perfect as the descent shown in the video. I'd love to travel to European/South American countries that are more "biker-friendly".
@grouperofdoubt Brazil isn't too much bike-friendly ... We have good places to ride but it's always risky ... I've been to Europe sometimes and there it's really a bike-friendly continent !!! Amazing !!!
@crislrb Ohh dear... Where should't u not miss :P Where ever u want man! :P check out some fjords, over a mountain.... I live in Jørpeland, which is very close to Pulpit rock which is very attractive (Just search on google! The view is mentally insane!)

É show. Já desci a serra gaúcha pela BR-116 e peguei um trecho muito parecido com este, e o clima estava idêntico. A única diferença é que na minha descida haviam carros em volta :(
I wish Britain had empty roads like these... I won't even mention the weather!
I just bought my first road bike, before I was using a mountain bike and anything over 30 mph was a challenge, the only problem is, we now have snow! Could be a hairy ride tomorrow.
@mop65 Just wondering how much was your road bike i plan on buying one myself and don't have a clue how much they cost for lets say a normal/average one thanks.
@markingflash my bike was a Carrera Virtuoso from Halfords (I am presuming that you're from the UK!), which cost me £240. Didn't come across many road bikes for less than that. I would recommend it for a beginner, didn't take me too long to get used to, but make sure you're familiar with adjusting the gears, as mine were badly off when i got it and it caused me to crash in top gear when they slipped, the bike was written off! Halfords kindly replaced it though.
@mop65 I've a trek 5200, a Tarmac Specialized and a P3C Cérvelo ... If you are looking for a road bike, these makers are very good ! Enjoy ! Regards !!!
They can be pretty cheap actually, depends what you want them to do and what quality you want. A cheap one with the simple function of just telling you how fast you're going can cost about £10 / $15-20. But it's a bit more if you want it to other stuff like tell you your average speed, max speed, trip distance, time taken, time feature, thermometer etc...
I got 67.5 mph out of my rigid Marin Point reyes. Speedo was calibrated well, Bike was on 26" mavics with Hope Pro 11's. Closest ive come to death on a bike in my life, I was basically out of control. Brakes made the bike weave until about 45, then it pulled straight.
I've a MTB TREK FUEL EX8 2009....my top speed until now was 72km/h :) my disc brakes release sparks :D I'm try to film it one of these days and show you.
