@sevnstrings @mishabruni Yeah, because the original guitar sample is in 3/4, and then he superimposes a 4/4 drum beat over it. Both the guitar sample and the drums start in the same place after twelve beats, or as sevnstrings put it, two measures of 6/4.

What most people don't know I think is that Mongrel is sampling a song called "Strange About Your Hands" by Sensations Fix, a hard time find song. I am suprised it got ever sampled.
