omg, my face is whiter than my body too. i cleanse my face daily and it takes off that color tone and i tan a lot during the summer but only my body gets dark, not my face. so yeah i always have to get a darker color foundation to match my neck and body skin tone. i don't want to use a lighter foundation or my face will look like a mask. ahah.

I have the same problem, but the other way. My body is alot lighter than my face is. Even though I use the lightest foundation I can get where I live, it's still to dark if you compare it to the rest of my body.

(My face may be NW15, but my body is NW5. If that shade would have existed.)

i have a question hun...okay i see many people that do what you did watch is apply powder after your liquid foundation and i wanted to know why lol...i mean i do it sometimes but then it looks like i have to much makeup on....please help me thanks

You apply powder after foundation because it sets everything, makes your foundation last longer. Use a fluffy brush and lightly dust all over ur face, it shouldn't look heavy.. don't use the sponge that comes with the powder that will make it look really cakey.

im using studio fix fluid and i wanna try face and body because i hate how its so heavy and i wanna tone it down on the foundation i have a little rosy cheeks and some blemishes will it cover the redness?

or do i have to put concealer?

i have rosy cheeks too so i put concealer... it won't completely cover the redness so if you're going for complete coverage with the foundation i recommend doing it =)

I use concealer on my cheeks. The redness on my cheeks is like a big blotch, so I'll cover most of it up, and then on the apples of my cheeks I'll use just a little bit so that that part is the only one that's a lil' pink.

i feel the same way about the stuido fix powder...have u used the blot powder??? im nc40 (select fluid and stuido fix powder, which is strange cuz i was an nc30 in select tint moisterizer foundation..idk!! ahhhh) but dont really look like nc40 either...eh maybe too dark lol but i just got the blot powder in medium dark and i loveeee....sooo soft!! check it out if u havent...

i mix the two together.. cause it feels like my face takes in the mix alot more... like if i use the foundation by itself sometimes it just kind of floats on the surface of my face.. but when i mix a moisturizer it sinks in which helps me have a more natural look rather than a cake face lol.. does that make sense? =)

i feel the "chalkiness" of the studio fix powder too. Spraying a few sprits of fix+ usually helps smooth it out. Try that :)
