@martykaver Circular breathing is a process in which you can breath in and out of the nose while continually exhaling from the mouth. I am able to blow a consistent stream of air from my mouth and do not need to stop and take a breath as I am breathing in and out of my nose the whole time. If you know how bagpipes work it is similar to that, I am filling my face (the bag) with air and forcing it out with my cheeks, not my lungs. That frees up my nose to breath in and out.
