Flash CS4 Multiple Motion Tweens On Same Layer

this is simple motion tween, I was expected multiple motion tween

i.e object containing two or more motion at a time

I agree theses are the best tutorials shame the dvd is only avalible in the US, Im trying to do something though thats not quite covered I want to have a roatating square then I want it to deleate and then a rotation oval appear but everytime I time I add a new frame after the ending keyframe for the oval and to delate the square it all dissapears from all my frames and the frame just tag on to the end of the keyframe like ----
