  • Evolution is not science... according to evolution we came from a rock. Don't believe me? : I read a evolution time line and it says: Earth created, rain falls on oldest know rocks and creates first life. THAT IS NOT SCIENCE! THAT IS A FAIRY TALE! We did not come from rocks! In the Bible it says somewhere : "And they will say to a rock: Hath thou brought me forward?" ( meaning humans thinking they came from rocks)

  • you clearly dont understand that they are both made from protons, neutrons and electrons and emotions are a series of action-formations induced by chemicals that we observe in our daily lives- like batteries for instance.

  • All you're really saying is that your former religious indoctrination has been undone by your current secular indoctrination. To pretend one is different than that other is not intellectually honest. Both sides have evidence in every related field -- the difference is in worldview.

  • Very good vid. This type of persuasive writing can be found in our history books as well. Does this make me denounce my belief that there is a higher being? No. But it does shed light on the fact that the majority of us are blind to the manipulation taking place right under our noses. I don't understand why we are so afraid to question everything. People lie on a daily basis to each other and yet we blindly believe everything we're shown on the news? Wake up people.

  • John Mc Cain grew up in a CMA Church?

  • your movie is so bad, not even real facts.

Even so your just arguing about old books, in stead of the the real Word of God.

    Try to study that first.

  • ...anyone who believes in the flying spaghetti monster is a complete idiot

  • I'm a Christian but I'm really tired of A Beka, I don't have a problem for some things they believe, but really, they repeat the same thing all over the books... I'm not against Americans, but they teach really wrong things about the USA.. I'm Peruvian and I don't agree with much of the content of the books.. I'm at a Christian School with this books... man I want to finish school right now so I don't ever, ever read again A Beka Books

  • Stick to the Bible lol.

  • Clearly, evolution is no science.

There should only be the truth in textbooks. Therefore, if one is going to teach evolutionism in the schools, one should also teach creationism.

Also, there is no way to prove creation/God exists or evolution.

  • @zzrszz Truth must first be proven. C:

So prove to me that a breaded man created *everything* in seven days.

  • @XwARnINgXxXERRoRrX If you read my first post, I said that there is no way to prove that the Bible is true, just like you can't prove that evolution is true.; but for what it's worth, I believe it takes even more faith to believe in evolution.

  • Great video

  • Thank you for sharing this video!

  • Proving/Disproving the bible does not prove God.

Using that logic, if I was to write an historically accurate book with no internal inconsistencies and that book proclaims me as God. Then I must be God.

This isn't about disproving the bible, just something I've wondered about. Does it strike you as odd, that God's chosen people are chosen based on a lie?

Esau should have been the father of the Isrealites, but Jacob lied to his father to get the blessing and thus became the father of Isreal.

  • But he did'nt lie to him and getting that blessing had nothing to do with become king of Isreal it was all a mirical of God because Jacob's brothers were the ones who lied to get Jacob out of the way because they sold him to some merchants heading to Isreal and there they sold him to the marketplace and he was broght to the kings kingdom by some of his servents and there he became the king's right hand man and therefore became the king later on

  • I think you're confusing Joseph's story with Jacob's. Jacob fathered 12 sons who spawn the 12 tribes of Israel. Joseph is one of those 12.

The story I'm talking about is where Jacob wears the goat skin to fool his father into giving him Esau's blessing. (Gen 27)

My reading of the account leads me to believe that the blessing Jacob stole from his brother Esau is the reason that Jacob gets the covenant with God, which establishes the Israelites.

  • Oh I see but as long as the Bible agrees with it I agree with it :)

  • @fergetitnot456 Wow, whoever wrote the bible must've been an evil mastermind.

If only I had some kind of brainwashed army like that. :c

  • Scientists have proven the Bible wrong for centuries. What are you talking about? Wake up! Where have you been? For example, heard of Galileo?

  • @fergetitnot456 OMG where are the dinosaurs!?!? not in there lol :p

  • @117DieHard Ahem... This is my new account and err, were you around when dinosaurs were around? Neither were the writers. They were around before the flood as said by the Bible

  • thats not wat it says im reading it right now!!!!

  • Perhaps you have a different version? I begin on p. 353 and end on the final paragraph of that page. I omitted one parenthesis and one definition.

    The parenthesis was:

...nothing more than compositions of earthly materials [This was no doubt a distortion of the truth that God Created man from the dust of the ground.]

    The definition:

...called evolution [which begins with some form of spontaneous generation and continues with living things giving rise to other forms of living things.]

  • @MasterChifa Im in 7th grade now and i think you are absolutley right. I am also using the same a beka book program showed. The video classes are sooo old they look like they are from the 50s and the books are from the 40s!!!

  • Sorry rriskjr, I accidentally clicked "remove" instead of "reply".

    rriskjr's comment:

Oh sure, because believing that everything comes from some undefined "mixture of chaos" is sooooo much more logical than believing that an intelligent Creator created the universe. So the laws of thermodynamics apparently don't apply. LOOK AROUND YOU! You think this all happened by chance?!

  • whoa, dude, chill out.

First off, the "undefined 'mixture of chaos'" was the idea of Anaxagoras from 500BC, comparing that to the theory of evolution, 2200 years later, isn't fair.

    As far as thermodynamics go:

    1. They're really defined for energy and heat in closed systems which the earth is not (e.g. the sun)

    2. Entropy is generally defined for work processes (e.g. gas turbines), and yes, it always increases. But, there's also lots of free energy to "disorder" from the sun, plants, etc...

  • So, to underline one point, thermodynamics are meant for machines, heat, work, etc.. not living things. But, even living things are not violating the laws of thermodynamics because they are not creating more order. A plant, animal, or human growing would be considered more and more ordered, but to "create" that order, a greater amount of disorder is also created (consumption of nutrients, etc..).

  • And as far as this all happening by chance, think about this: we're here aren't we?

Even though the chances of winning the lottery are slim to none, people still win. Now multiply the chance by a few trillion if you'd like. Just keep in mind that the number of tries are also multiplied by a few more trillion due to time and a very large test tube.

So, even if chance were the only force at work (it's not), chance poses no problem simply because "we're here aren't we?"

  • Very good videos, you will definitely get a lot of subscribers if you keep it up!

  • Excellent series - thank you for creating these videos!

  • Can't wait for the rest of the series!
