How can you go about making animations like this? I find it way easier not to make so many vectors, just a few for the hair, eyes and body.

all in all your animating skills are nothing over adverage, and I'm pretty sure that isn't flash so I can't say anything there.

Sometimes I think it's just easier to use vector layers in the first place. I like to use anime studio a lot more than just frame by frame stuff.

PS you can set the fill colour to transparent for a vector shape by pushing the little button on the bottom right of the colour's box. You can do the same to abolish the outline.
