Did any one bother to actually do research for them selves? The T-90's penetration is maxed at 3km, beyond that there is not enough there is not enough kinetic energy to penetrate an armored target ( meaning at 3km it would bounce of the Abrams skin) while the Abrams has a penetration range at +3km. The M829A2 APFSDS round was made specifically to take out the new improved T-90. This research was conducted by the Armaments Research Department.

You can M1A2 from 8 KM away with head guiding missile because the head from the jet engine of Abram back.

That's an overhead trajectory projectile, it's not a missile. It turns a tank into an artillery piece.

It is guided in what way, and what was the speed of the T-72? Did T-72 change it's direction of travel several times during movement, or was it going the same way all the time and with constant speed?

All of the modern russian tanks are equipped with missiles such as 9M119 Svir , 9M119M Refleks or 9M119M1 Invar-M . These missiles have an effective range of 5000 meters . ( exept the Svir wich only has 4000 meter range . ) that is almost twice the range of M1A2's M256 cannon , The abrams won't even know what hit it .
