  • @destiny6666 hey hes my trainer who teaches my bootcamp class and when we do this warmup there is no break inbetween you just keep going if there was abreak in between it wouldnt be 12 mins

  • First off those aren't burpess, you actually go down to a pushup with a burpee, I'm pretty sure you actually stand on squat thrusts, the box jumps are worthless at that low a box, the girl actually does do way better pushups, dont even bother doing the m. climbers if you're not gonna get your knees no where near your elbows, and with the 30 sec breaks i'd assume being taken this isnt hard at all. dont mean to be overly critical but this isnt hi end fitness or intense

  • @coolkid37btc doing 10 exercises for a burst bout especially at that intensity is not very impressive unless they had no rest time between bouts. It didn't say on the video but I'm guessing they had at least 15 second rest periods between. Btw, stop typing like 13 year old girl on Aol Instant messenger...

  • He is so fierce. He hops so high and has so much energy as if this is so easy to him. There are a lot of people who may say that this is easy but really, LoL. Do it as fast as he is doing it through full range of motion. It is a real workout.

  • Not trying to say it's easy or anything but in wrestling this was our WARMUP lol and the the hard stuff started but good for people not in sports

  • thanks 4 sharing, using this as my mid morning workout, early days, started doing a 30 second set, with a minute rest, now down 2 a 45 second rest, improving each week, & what's the by-product?, The desire for junk has dropped, tho still having the odd fun meal, which doesn't seem to be an issue because I'm so active.

    & most importantly, FEELING GOOD!!

    Isn't that what lifes about?
