this does not do a damn thing. You can manually change your IP address to what ever you want by going into your "Internet Protocol v4" options and setting your own internal IP. All this does is release your current ip back into your router for use again later for someone else. Then when you type /renew your router will give you the first IP in the list which is the one that you just released.
