I think everyone wan'ts a Underground 3 WITH OUT the skate 1,2 & 3 flick control's so I'm practial and stupid, I'd rather do left stick left diagonal the square square to 360 flip not hope I get a 360 flip instead of a varial cause you have to be so perfect to do shit for tricks in that game, sure it can be alot of fun but most of the time I'm rageing cause you can't do half the lines you want to with out trying it 489724 times,

I can't believe I could actually play TH games as a kid.

I am a Skate fan, just so you know, and I have to say that this looks like cow dung.

What do you people mean about Skate games not being fun? It takes a lot more skill to perform and land tricks in Skate.

In TH you just hold the jump button, which is the same as the speed boost button so you go way faster, Skate solved that problem by making it a LOT more simple.

But, I gotta hand it to Neversoft for keeping their style.

firstly, those "mf reviewers" have a required amount of time to spend with each game as decided by their employer. secondly game is the same exact game as two years ago, except with a new controller.a controller cant make or break a game. how good the game is depends on the game itself. and the game still features grinds where you jump to the rail from 15 feet away and 20 foot high ollies that you cant make lower. skate is popular because you can be realistic or arcade.tony hawk is only arcade

if you think realism isnt important go to the official skate website and look in the show-off section, the videos there are amazingly realistic. of course the online modes are unrealistic because people cheat and in. i dont think you would cal call of duty unrealistic because people glitch that game online and get 100 kills a match. the majority of skate players play the game realistically.

Skate 2 they doubled the framerate, added moveable objects, no complys, boneless, hippy flips, and the filmer pack...

Skate 3 is going to have a whole new city, darkslides, underflips, improved footplants/lateflips, a skatepark editor, and a hardcore mode where it is more realistic, (harder to pop high, less suction into grinds, no auto pump on transition ect)

furburgerking23, the reason you dont like skate is because you are not actually a skater. the point of the skate franchise is to add realism. in the graphics, physics, and the control scheme, it is based on what will be more realistic. the reason the basic control scheme is the same is because it is realistic in a way that makes you have to practice and when u get it, it makes you feel successful. tony hawk has been the same game for ten years and only adds a new clunky control scheme this year

they aint creative? they blew the water out of tony hawk with the creative control scheme. thee new ride board is not creative, its a cash in. the board is a great peice of technology that is used in a bad way with an obsolete game that refuses to change its core gameplay. it is letting its pride get in the way of changing for the better. the stuff they added in skate 2 is much more than they added in any of tony hawk games at one time. it takes the th franchise 3 -5sequels to add anything good.
