i have a pet mouse at the moment so i really wouldnt have the heart to feed any Ts mice.. crickets and roaches on the other hand i really dont give a shit about... though i would like to have a hissing roach as a pet.

how often do you feed them? ive had my T for about a month or so, and i throw in a few crickets when shes moving around a lot and i never see her eat? when i first got her she never moved for two weeks or so.. now shes finally digging and shoveling dirt with her legs, its pretty cool.

@cheesyboy24 Chilian rose hair is a good starter but can sometimes be aggressive, Maybe look into getting a pinktoe or red knee :)

@predator5723 Do NOT ever take advice from that person again...Mice actually kill tarantulas due to the high calcium level! Roaches are way better...2 dubia roaches have over 2X the value a mouse does.

@siberry4 I would highly suggest not doing it, mice are very bad for T's..way to much calcium and can cause molting issues.

@DOTKIX They get about 9" but they are VERRY aggressive and you will never see it, I would go with a L. parahybana...they get 10"+ and are usually docile and grow VERY fast and are always out in the open!!

@videoclipjunkie I use fast speed. with a hole-saw...but my drill has a clutch so you can set it to give. I never do use the clutch...I just clamp it to the table and blast right thru it!
