try setting the beater at a lower angle from the bass head (closer to the bass head)....or try lowering the beater....mess around with the pedals settings a bit....dont jog or anything haha....this is an equipment setup problem..not a leg problem....the main thing id mess around with though would be the beater angle and length

good job, the walk through on the transitions to the bridge and other parts helps me a lot. My only critique would be(if you're open to them) you didn't mention in the tutorial how the 1 2 1 3 pattern on the snare in the chorus and instrumental parts changes to 1 2 1 2 1 2 1 3 in the verses. It's not really a big deal cause you can hear it pretty easily when learning the song, and you played it right in the recording. So yeah, great job, good to see such accurate covers.
