The correct title is "Half Forgotten Daydreams."
It was written by John Cameron for the KPM Music Library, and originally appeared on KPM 1125 - "Voices In Harmony," (1973).
In addition to the "Nacho Libre" soundtrack, this song can be found on the compliation CD "The Sound Gallery" which is a must-have if you are into this type of music.
