Great third fight and Im sure they are sick to death of fighting each other now- but if you love Yod or if you love the Gunslinger- one thing is certain- they put on great battles. Stand like a vegetative munt for three rounds? lol Its about training with pure utter fucking intensity not stopping until you head half out of the window and your puking up. great to see these training vids! I was watching you kick wayne and I see that you keep your support foot pretty much flat on the ground not up on the ball of your foot. Is there a reason why or do you just prefer to kick this way? great that you upload these vids would much prefer to comment directly to you than a keyboard killer!

Congrats John! You've been always my favorite fighter, it's nice to see you train at 13coins, I really like that place. On the other hand you must admit that your technique is a little bit unorthodox (yet effective). For example why you almost don't you pivot on your foot when you're doing single powershot kicks on the pads?
