I'm a big fan of RP but i dont know why suddenly in this show his Canadian accent sounds stupid to me.

Why is picking the Indian girl in the film Lagaan, the "right" choice (5:50 – 6:15)? We are in the 21st century. If an Indian man finds a white woman more attractive, or if an Indian girl finds a white man more attractive, what is wrong with that? As an Indian, I find white women more attractive, ON AVERAGE (of course there are exceptions), than many Indian women. That does not mean I hate my race. It is just an aesthetic preference – one shared secretly by many Indian men and women.

I took issue with Russell stating that Khan's character in Lagaan made the "right" choice (5:50 – 6:15) by choosing the Indian girl. I was stating was that there is no right or wrong choice, and just because you belong to a particular ethnicity, does not mean that the only "right" choice is choosing someone from your own ethnicity.
