  • Why is Alan the only one that can break my heart?!

  • I really wanna see this now, it looks great!

  • @IndieKaytie i saw it about a year ago and i cried for 2h straight because of the ending :'(

  • i love this movie .. in more ways that one .. i can identify with it. why? how? i found the love of my life .. the man i knew i was meant for and going to marry ... but he died unexpectedly. and just last year ... i finally got the pieces together .. and possibly could go on. find that other one. I love this movie to bits. more than ghost.

  • I need some clarification... about the ending. Did Nina leave Jamie? because she didn't tell him of leaving with that psychologist.

  • Alan Rickman. What more can we see? He's on the top. It is such a pitty that he is not popular in Greece, because we know him only in Harry Potter. He attracts me.

  • I never sobbed so much

  • 1:10 the men seems david heyman... harry potter's producer

  • Alan Rickman. He's. Amazing.

    endofstory.

  • I loved this, so real and so touching. 2 good actors. Brings back memories of a sad time in my life.

  • this trailer makes it out to be a relatively happy film, but in reality, it goes as one of the all time saddest films i've ever seen. it's brilliant, especially for big rickman fans like myself, but it really is such a sad film. me and my mum couldn't speak we were crying so much.

  • i love him!!!!

  • Basically a shot for shot remake of Ghost.

  • @MarkQuinn2k7 Only one thing is the same, beloved is deth, but everything else is different.

  • I Though he was in love with lily XD

  • @ItsCaroParker Yes, but with brown hair and fat and without mustache ;)

  • Alan Rickman and a cello... *__*

    epic combo.

  • One of my all time favorite movies and certainly in my top three Alan Rickman movies as well. Made me cry and laugh, and I always find myself singing that damn Walker Brothers song!

  • A truly beautiful movie.

Alan and Juliet had amazing chemistry, and it was an utter delight to watch them both.

  • OH man I really truely want to see this so bad!I wish I could find it somewhere(Don't look in Wal*Mart Believe me that store doesn't have much(in my opinion) in the movies that you want you'd have to go to cooler electronic store or something to find this film).Besides amazon.com that's a good place to look for this film.

  • LOVE LOVE LOVE this movie!!!

  • P. S. This move is one that you'll want to own!

  • This is one of my favorite movies of all time! I'm a hopeless, hopeful romantic and this movie had me crying and laughing. Great story, great screenplay, superb acting and a must see for anyone who loves a good romance.

  • This looks a lot more interesting than Ghost. I'll go search it out.

  • @RangeofMotion I liked ghost but from what I remember I liked this more. it has been a lon time since I have seen it. I remember when I watched when was the last time you saw your father and I saw juliet stevenson as the mom in that movie and it was very neat thinking back to truly madly deeply

  • Best film that Minghella made...

  • ...so, I was watching this for a class.

    Now I wanna watch it.

    Because it has Alan Rickman.

And he is made of win.

  • @cenawolf19 he is made of EPIC win

  • @cenawolf19 I truly madly deeply love Alan Rickman.

    xx

  • I just want to join and say this is a truly wonderful movie! I even love it more each time I watch it.

  • Damn! I'm in the mood to watch this and Netflix doesn't have it and it's not anywhere to be found on the internet. Drats!

  • I know I'm so upset.

  • i really love this movie:i watched yesterday and i must say this film is really, really beautiful ,funny and touching.I love Alan´s acting

  • Why is this trailer narrated by an American?

Aside from that minor grumble, I adore this film. I've seen it three or four times and it still makes me cry every time I watch it. The leads are just fantastic, the music is wonderful, and there are some really funny moments as well as the poignant and touching ones. The poem scene is a real weepy.

  • so true.

this film is absolutely beautiful, touching but yet - funny. Juliet Stivenson did wonderful work.

And of course Alan Rickman was brilliant (even with this horrible mustache xD )

  • Ugh I know what you mean about the mustache...

but I still love him XD

  • i remember seeing this movie when it came out , after all these years it still has left an impression on me ,just wonderful

  • I watched this movie today and I loved it. I basically wanted to watch it just because of Alan who by the way was lovely, but I enjoyed Juliet's acting very much too!

  • It is a WONDERFUL film. Alan is divine in it.

  • watch it . its .............wow

  • AR is just so lovely in this film!

  • Esta bellísima película, es el mejor tributo a la memoria de un gran director: Anthony Minghella. Te extraño cada día.

  • I've seen and really liked Alan Rickman in Galaxy Quest, Love Actually, and Harry Potter.

Would you recommend this movie to me?

    I heard it's very sad.

  • fantastic movie, glad i finally watched it.

definately one of my favs =)

  • Fantastic movie. Sadly, I hated the ending. :( Even though I get that she needed to move on, I can't imagine letting go of the person I loved most, even if they died.

  • I love this movie.

  • This movie makes me think of my best friends dad. His wife died last year of breast cancer.

I like to think that she'll come back to help him move on, since she wants him to be happy. I cry thinking about it.

Oh, and I love this movie <3

  • A wonderful film about real adults and loss and grief.

  • I <3 Alan Rickman so much. I'm totally going to watch this movie one day.

  • I Love this film! I never really liked Alan until after this film!

  • yhyh same here lolol!!

  • My favourite film ever! Alan and Juliet are so great together!

Anthony Minghella was a genius. He's terribly missed.

  • Goodness , even this trailer makes me cry !!!

  • Thanky, mrspaulmertoniwish!Thanks for trying!

  • I'm so sorry I can't do it, but it goes all fuzzy on the recording and besides which it will only allow me to record 22 seconds. It's not fair! Why does it work for other people and not me? Discrimination, that's what it is.

  • "Discrimination, that's what it is"

    Haha!!

Well, it's ok, it worth trying anyway!

  • I mean, I'd be MORE than happy to upload it for you but I've absolutely no idea. Though, now you've mentioned it, someone else is going to do it as soon as I have found out a way of doing it.

  • So, would you post it?:-)

  • I WOULD do, though I need time to figure out a way of doing it. I'm off next week so I'll experiment - only what a curious scientist does best! (Well, at the moment, science student who wants to be a dentist!)

    I'll have a go, though I can't promise anything.

  • That's the thing about Alan Rickman. Because his smile is so cheeky, yet adorable, and those eyes... and the face... and the body, and everything... he can get any girl hook-line and sinker as soon as she looks at him. There's only one of him.

I love his face after the business with the bath-toy... though it's also nice seeing the sensitive side, in the shot shown with him glancing out of the window.

  • Thats such a good movie and i cant find it nowhere..:-(((

Is posssiblle that someone can post the movie on YouTube, or is too much to ask???

  • I may be able to, but I've a dodgy camera and when I record I can't play it back. Please help, also with the actualy uploading. If you know how to, can you tell me so I can upload it for you? It would help. Thanks.

  • Unfortunatelly i dont know either how you can do that :-(. Anyone else who can help????????SOS!

  • This is a must-see. I'll have to get it ASAP.

  • ... But I don't know where I can get it. It's silly that a British film cannot be bought in Britain. Nowhere has it... and I want to shop around first before going to Amazon... please help!

  • Never mind. Got it for £6. Just watched it - great movie. In the end, it's confusing. Who was it letting go? Nina or Jamie?

  • Nina is letting go of her past in order to move on with a new life and love,so theoretically Jamie would always be in her heart but she would no longer "see" him-Jamie let her go despite it hurting.

  • Both, in a way. Nina needed to move on to truly live her life, and Jamie needed to move on to truly rest.

  • I need to see this movie.
