the only problem to this trick is when people tie your right hand and not satisfied and ties your left hand also, so it's USELESS to twist your arms because 2 of your hands are tied,so it's a little bit harder.

it would look suspicious if you tell them to not tie your left hand.

just saying, it's more secure to let 2 of your hands expanded a little bit so when your tied in a situation above you can just relax your hands and hopefully you can escape.
