  • Deep fried cheeseburger here I come.

  • Comment removed

  • That has to be one of the worst fish batter recipes i have ever seen. What a load of old cock. Oil in batter?? Fucking prick

  • @DanReborn How would you make it?

  • @Kragdude flour, beer, pepper, splash of vinigar, thats it!

(i used to be a fryer in an award winning fish and chip shop.)

  • @DanReborn soooo funny!!

  • This may be a good way to cook fish, but MINE is better. And its so simple too! Tastes much better my way. Wanna see what my way is? Check out my latest video on my channel!

  • Why give no proportions? This video is bloody useless

  • dollop of oil???

  • ahaha seriously why are you losers bashing this video get a life? thanks for the video =)

  • There is a method to everything... thats how we learn...

I'm sure this guy thinks he knows what he's doing but actually every time he does this it will give slightly different results... Maybe they just dragged him off the street and stuck a whisk in his hand?

Its kind of pointless uploading an instructional video when you don't even use quantities or measurements...

If anybody out there is listening... do not 'whisk' batter! One should use a wooden spoon... Batter!... get it?

  • "some" egg

    "some" flour

    "some" milk

wtf?? Does he not measure anything? Is it just entirely random?

  • @SteveFusionX A lot of the time using rough measurements is best when you're physically showing people how to cook certain things where you need the right kind of mixture because it helps you focus on getting the mix right. Same with other things, like pizza dough or hollandaise sauce for example. It's all about getting the right feel for it. This guy should elaborate a little more though definitely.

  • Ok Chef, it would have been nice to give measurements but since I measure by sight too, let's see if I'm close: 1 cup flour; 2 eggs; 1/2 cup milk; 1/4 tsp salt; big pinch pepper (or more); pinch of chili powder; 1 tsp oil.

    How's that?

  • @hotdrumchick

    thank you, Hot drum chick!

I will give your recipe a try later :P

(since this useless video didn't give us any measurements!)

  • @SteveFusionX Cool. If you do, let me know how it turned out. You can make it with beer too: just sub the beer for the milk and leave out the eggs.

  • why are these videos only 2minutes long?

  • I LIKE FISH STICKS IN MY MOUTH

    OH YEAH IT FEELS GOOD

  • @KanyeTroll So funny and new.

  • Expert village is a fuckin waste of time... any body that doesnt know about a subject "end up half ass teaching it online on this shit thing fuckin homo.

SOME isnt a fuckin amount... measure in cups... etc.

  • @Albigatnz I feel your pain they are the worst education videos I have ever seen, They suck massive moose balls.

  • Great vid!!!

  • I tryed if but I put my owne seasons in it's okay better then beer batter

  • i neva use milk in mixture b4..i tried soda water,it make good crisp

  • How can it be an instructional video, if there is no portion of ingredients ? Just "some" of everything makes you an expert ?

  • we are here because its fun to tell these idiots how fucked up they are, thats why. Loosen up, your too serious sxeeplta. Just because they are on expertvillage doesnt make them an expert, so if they dont know shit, they should expect some heckling.

  • Thank you.. The batter was giving me problems, now I know how to make it, I was just using the store brand power.

  • after that we in the south dip the fish in cornmeal

  • in case yall never figured it out.. Expert Village is a JOKE!!! subliminal rick rollin one of the first things i discovered when i joined youtube. Browse their videos and you'll see how rediculous they are LMAO

  • hey i think its great! and simply to do thank you

  • Go to Beer-battered fish.A proper recipe

  • More like a pancake mix.

  • yea because i put chilie pouder in my pancake mix?

  • You people are complaining about his cooking skills... I'm not as complicated... I just want to know why did I have to see 2 different clips? Couldn't it fit all in one youtube video?

  • if you all know how to cook this shit already, why the hell are you here?

  • @sxeeplta pepper? ok?

  • @sxeeplta Err...because some of us are better cooks than this quack on the video and we feel a sense of duty to correct wrong information towards the betterment of knowledge and advancement of human race in general, but we couldn't be bothered to make our own videos? Because the only way we progress is through cumulative efforts and through corrections, arguments, and improvements?

  • yeah expert village -_-

  • what the hell....YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO COOK!

  • That is the worst batter recipe i have ever seen EPIC FAIL

  • It's a basic batter, and how many have you seen? your an idiot

  • i hate you....

  • i know right how is it this guy fault becaus yall cant cook it right stop watching him cook then thats the way he cook his everybody dont cook the same so just stfu and learn how to cook it right then...i followed the cooking he did i i ate it and didnt get spots u guys must not know how to cook fish then

  • fuck fuck fuck! u fucking didn't cook it right u asshole!

  • you fucking wastes of oxygen how is it this guy's fault that you didn't fucking cook it long enough? lol

  • ye it's true it happen to Lee Thomas

  • you fucking ass hole i have spots all over me .. you fucking ahole

  • wtf don't listen to this guy because if u eat fish and milk ur skin will have a bad chemical reaction in ur body which will give u white spots all over ur body.

  • Is that really true? I was going to cook that but I won't now. Are you serious!?

  • no it's not true

  • Not always...just make sure your fish and milk are clean and are from reliable sources.

Unclean milk has bacteria, unclean fish have water-based bacteria. When these two react in the stomach, they form a fungus growth, like yeast. This may, MAY, cause melatonin production to stop, causing white spots on your body.

So just make sure your fish and milk are clean, fresh and not close to spoiling I guess. =/

  • I eat seafood and dairy together all the time and never had a problem. it's a bs old wives tale. OR you have a weak immune system.
