Don't really matter, it depends of if you usually ride with loose trucks or not. I've always ridden with loose trucks ( and they really loose), and never got the wobbles while going 60kph. You just have to know how to use your board, how to balance while bombing a hill.

i've never said it's really fast, it's just to say that you don't have to tighten your trucks to not have the wobbles, it's just that i did some hills where i went about 70 kph ( never gone faster than that ) all long and never got the wobbles. i have a friend who don't know how to do to not have them and how to react, and though he has really tighten trucks, he sometimes fall down.

and, another fact, my actual longboard is a friend's longboard who did some big hills with the same loose trucks and he never had the wobbles while going 100 kph

haha, no he had just the Randalls RII and he had bombed some good french hills. The problem is that I don't have near any good hills that make me going more than 60 kph. I have to try a big hill once :)
