  • J.Randy Forbes is a threat to the intellectual mainstream of society. His defense of the National Day of Prayer is like defending A National Day of Astrology or a National Day of Holy Communion. This guy is dangerous. Look for him to be arrested on having child porn on his computer.

  • We need to pray for Mississippi. The media has lost their soul. You can't trust CNN.

  • @christysgoodlife National "deny the existence of god" day. How would Randy respond to this?

Of course you're not forced to deny the existence of god on this day.

    It's all so simple.

  • @richdorks73 There are 364 days they can claim are non prayer days if you want to look at it that way. You have to go to ridiculous extremes to appease the 2%.

  • @christysgoodlife What's ridiculous is your figure of 2%. Only in the USA!

  • @richdorks73 HOW WILL YOU RESPOND WHEN GOD says to you "depart from me into the lake of fire that burneth with fire and brimstone?" I think that is more to the point.

  • @whomtheSonsetsfree Your comment is disturbingly sad on a number of levels. I will gladly take the time to explain them to you if you can't figure it out for yourself.

  • @richdorks73 It amazes me the extent atheists will go to extinguish Christianity from the one and only country that was founded on it's principles. You guys aren't happy with the Bible and prayer being removed from the schools, you want the whole religion removed period.Tell me,do you guys ever take Muslims to court for practicing their religion in public?

  • @mcap52 Have you not considered the EXTENT to which Christianity is promoted and has been promoted throughout history. Please compare the two EXTENTS.

"founded on it's principles"....great! but that was a long time ago - time to move on. Many countries have moved on a great deal more. The USA sticks out like a sore thumb in comparison.

Would you prefer a religious school or non-religious school? I have my preference and I'm sure you have yours.

  • @mcap52

Pure myth. Atheists did not remove God from government. God believers legalized abortion, and removed government-directed prayer (Engel v Vitale), the Ten Commandments (Stone v Graham), and creationism (Edwards v Aguillard) from public schools.

God believers also brought evolution into schools (Epperson v Arkansas), removed clergy from school graduation ceremonies (Lee v Weisman), and removed prayer from extra-curricular school activities (Santa Fe area school district v Doe).

  • We need to pray everyday....for God to heal the lands 2 Chronicles 7:14 if my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.
