@luvlycara12 you just need to breathe out slowly more slower then you breathe in. i have asthma to and i am actually in the hopsital using my moms laptop because of my asthma.

I have chronic asthma and diabetes. Asthma is not fun, but it is not as bad as diabetes, I don't know why all of u are complaining, it is not as bad as pricking yourself 10 times a day and stabing yourself with a needle just to live every day.
But its still bad when you have to take your inhaler from just walking up the stairs and growing up from the age of 4 being told you could die everyday of your life.
@DiabetesGirl3145 I agree diabetes is not fun I have a chance of getting diabetes and high cholestoral because my mom and my mom's mom have diabetes. I hope they find a cure for diabetes.

Is hyperventilation part of an asthma attack?? If so i remember geting rushed into tge ER, i dont have asthma but hyperventilation sucks
