Interesting to see one of Richard's former colleagues from "Hogan's Heroes" on the panel. Also, I like the way that one contestant described her husband. "Married to a man in woman's underwear". Reminds me of a "Family Feud" clip where one male contestant said that he was "in young girls' pants".
Watch MASH - the movie - for a full dose of the gorgeous and splendid Jo Ann Pflug. I guess I better go to Wikipedia now to find out whatever happened to her.
After Hogan's Heroes, Larry Hovis was also prominent as the primary panelist on the game show "The Liar's Club" and he also produced that show but wasn't the host.
CNR was actually on the original b/w version of Match Game with Betty White. Gene was the host of that one also. CNR and Brett were on this version almost from the beginning. Brett's husband - Jack Klugman - was on the pilot and he recommended Brett to take his place almost at the very beginning.

When I was a kid when this show was new, I remember Green Goddess as a salad dressing.

Her husband is in women's underwear? Is it that same guy on FAMILY FEUD who said he was in young girl's pants? :)

Differences you find in this show:
1) Larry looks like one of the Weasley twins from Harry Potter
2) Rip has a curly mustache
3) Peggy has never been in the other match game shows.
Hawkwing4556 3 years ago
Actually, Peggy was in the 1962 pilot episode.

Geez! I wonder if batteries were included with that coat the contestant Viriginia was wearing? I'm glad we only had a black & white TV in 1974.
