I dont think so dude is not using 3section staff properly you what is great about this weapon that you can hit with it behind corners and he didnt used this moves
sorry yes of course 3sect staff is really strong and good weapon if you know how to wield it and there is really big posibility to hurt your sparing partner with it

actually, this is a live preformance. if 3 sect staff did use it properly, his partner coudl've been hurt. this is called a choreographed spar.
