Boozer is a good consolation prize. I don't see a championship in the near future with just the addition of him because I don't believe we are better than the Jazz have been all those years they had him. Also, Ray Allen is going back to Boston. Bulls are still missing pieces from being a championship contender and it is a mystery as of right now as to whether or not they will obtain those pieces.

boozer is 10 times better than tyrus. to be frank, boozer is a 20-10 guy (bosh is also a 20-10 guy). tyrus is what? a 13-7 guy? i'm guessing there but it is pretty obvious booz is better. btw, if booz leaves, the bulls clear that much cap for 2010 where they can go for guys like amare, wade, bosh etc... it would be a great move imo cuz with the bulls roster now, they are not playoff bound in the east nxt season.

I wouldnt say Boozer is that much better then tyrus, i dont do stats much, but boozers stats wouldnt be as good as they were if he played 81 games like tyrus did, boozer played like 40 games. Boozer may give you 4 more points a game then tyrus would but tyrus is a huge part of our defense and i dont think boozer would make up for the loss on D if we were to get rid of T

ummm.... boozer played i believe the whole season in 07-08 and avg the same numbers... boozer is an all star pf tyrus up to this point is a flop offensively. bulls would have been well off if they didn't trade lamarcus aldridge. btw, defense is not what the bulls need down low. joakim noah is pretty good as a defensive centre. they were really lacking a low post presence that could score. hence they took all those jumpshots. i dont think that tyrus ever becomes that offensive guy.
