Why would they make a demo of the song after they release the cd? The jazzy demo was released on the try honesty ep in 2001 along with demos for try honesty and cut the curtains. Billy Talent was released in 2003 with the finished version you see them perform here

Thank you. Also, the bands that take four years to release an album are usually touring for three years, which means spending more time with their fans. Most famous artists now don't even tour or associate with their fans. They're just spitting out albums and singles for the money.
