People with alot of Show fish, such as Breeder's or collector's. Dont have the time, money or need to decorate their tanks. This is often how a Typical show betta is kept. Like Lethal Lunacy noted.
@Lillable1 ok smart guy,,, first off,, breeders have live and plastic plants and hiding spots and decorations etc in housing tanks,,, however breeding, or conditioning and breeding tanks the adults are in less than ten days usually, and for many many reasons decorations are not used with fry, not leaast of which is with fry must be fed least 2 times a day and the types of foods trhey must be fed foul water immediately and hard enough clean tank with fry everywhere in way no decorations
and not only the fry foods but the fry themselves foul own water daily and strong filters cannot be used due to killing of fry with water movement, so daily mandatory cleaning is why no decorations, for fry, adults only in breed tank ten or less days,, now smart guy the realk answer or response to your flippant mouth,,, breeders know far far more and have to, about requirements of water etc for betta, adults do fine in a toilet, fry die in second if not perfect, ph, ammonia, nitrites, nitrates

Otherwise I had 30 of them not just only 2 its just my opinion you don´t have to share them.

@Lillable1 ok smart guy,,, first off,, breeders have live and plastic plants and hiding spots and decorations etc in housing tanks,,, however breeding, or conditioning and breeding tanks the adults are in less than ten days usually, and for many many reasons decorations are not used with fry, not leaast of which is with fry must be fed least 2 times a day and the types of foods trhey must be fed foul water immediately and hard enough clean tank with fry everywhere in way no decorations

and not only the fry foods but the fry themselves foul own water daily and strong filters cannot be used due to killing of fry with water movement, so daily mandatory cleaning is why no decorations, for fry, adults only in breed tank ten or less days,, now smart guy the realk answer or response to your flippant mouth,,, breeders know far far more and have to, about requirements of water etc for betta, adults do fine in a toilet, fry die in second if not perfect, ph, ammonia, nitrites, nitrates

salinity, euric acid, o2, co2, temperature, clorines chloramines diclorimines etc etc etc etc etc, and anti biotics conditioners such as indian almond leaves etc are used by all breeders, breeders test their water twicw daily aand the water is perfect and the bettas are kept far far far happier and healtheir than any pet owner weekend warrior with downtown freaking disney for decorations in their tank,, furthermaore, fish care less bout decorations, they only , , , ,

care about water conditions and food idiot, decorations are for people and particularly people in the pet store and pillow biters whose farts smell like burnt vaseline! the purpose of plastic plants and decorations is simply the plastic etc grows bacterium on it so even if 100 percent water change, the bacteria on decorations and plastic plants will prevent water from being to sterile, same with live plants, except added bonus of not just bacteria on plant surfaces but plants eat ammonia ,,,,

in a breeders case they already do use live plants but not only that, all breeders treat ammonia and completely eliminate it 24 7 so plants ammonia removing purpose not even necessary, so due to breeders water superiority and perfection, bettas are not only happier but healthier and breeders do what is healthiest for bettas period, not what homosexuals think looks prettiest in their tanks! so stfu and don run big mouth in front entire world lead children and folks dont know any better to,,

believe betta breeders are bad cruel money hungry cattle farmers treat their bettas horribly and bettas tanks and conditioiners awefull cruel unhealthy,, like i said out of necessessity breeders bettas and conditions and tanks and water are all kept to perfection and at what is healthiest for bettas,,,,,, the bettas in any breeders fish room in world are thousand times healthier happier and better cared for than any single at home pet owner betta tank owner even fruity "decorative" sparkly folk

I bought him at an auction on the ehbbc show in Duisburg.
He was an import from Asia, his breeder is Banleang.
Everybody wanted that fish so he costed me a lot of mony, but he is worth it, isn't he?
