  • my ass from my elbow!!!...lol...Seriously,you are to cute.

  • Can you please mention your favorite shimmers for highlighting??

  • I love all of your videos, VERY!... informative. I love, love, love eye shadows especially the vibrant colors just don't know how to apply them well. However, I know that its all about the brushes and I have a holiday set that I got from Mac which includes: 129, 190, 227, 275, 212. What purpose does the 227 and 275 serve? As well as Sephora's smudge brush 14. Thanks!!! Again love the tutorials:)

  • LOL, seriously, the Western Kabuki brushes are NOT kabuki at all (after I watched all your brush videos up to Rae Morris). I mean, really... Asian kabuki are really different.

The Western ones look like a blow up version of some pointed crease blending brush.

  • do you have the lauren luke brushes? if you do what do you think of them?:)

  • you're so damn handsome!!! I love your videos!<3

  • very good tutorial, thank you very Much :)

  • Goss, thank you. You are amazing .. and adorable .... y dont they come like u in the US?? lol

  • i recently ordered a couple brushes by Cozzette based on this video's recommendation and they arrived broken in several pieces. They do not seem to be very durable or as incredibly soft as this person's video recommendation seems to suggest. I would recommend finding a different brand.

  • pagne i only use 3 brushes on the eye (a flat shadow brush, a blending brush and a liner brush) i use 1 foundation brush (a cost savings will be your fingers instead of the foundation brush) and 1 brush for my powder and blush. you really dont have to own a belt full of brushes for your own collection.

  • the brushs are confussing.....what kind of brush for this and another for that never heard of that didn't know i was suppose to do that or have that or needed that......wish i could just have a one on one and a full make over....i learn by sight and by do not so much by whats read....

  • wow ur amazing, fantasic, and love your tips, am sad to see you are married, ur well fit ♥

  • Then what brushes would people with dry skin use?

  • u did a tot of eyeshadow brushes ,, i am really intrested about a top of brush kits because we have so many on the market like, SIGMA brush kits, bobbi brown kits etc wich one is in ur opinion the best ,the reasonable depending the buget from 1 to 10?

  • I know people swear by Mac 239. What's ur opinion on that? Ive heard that people can do all their eye work with that cos it's stiff.

I don't have large eyes. Thanks for answering.

  • I have the 217, but maybe I am using it wrong as a crease brush because I like my ecotools highlighter brush because it is more "springy". YAAH- CHEE- YOH It's japanese. lol the brush by nars.

  • I own the NARS Yachiyo brush and I use it everyday, I absolutely LOVE IT for blush. I can't live without it. My fav.

  • hi love ur vids, they have helped me sooo much since starting out in freelancing, wondering what u think of Crown Brushes n if they r worth spending on, was thinking of picking sum up at IMATS this june

  • I love your vids you are so informative and you have a nice voice.!

  • Yes it KILLS me to see people load up a big fluffy brush with powder and go over their whole face with it, guaranteed cake face with that method. I use a small powder pad or powder puff, get a small amount on it and press and roll just where I want the powder, then use the big fluffy CLEAN brush to dust off the excess, no cake face that way.

  • i love your videos

  • @funnyfluffy85 amen to that sister!

  • gahh :O

its like having my own personal

    teacher!! I love these vidss!!!

  • How about Sigma brushes?? Are they any good? I am so indeed afraid of splurging on brushes - I'm so scared they might not turn out any good :(

  • Where can I buy that kabuki brush? I would love to know!

  • I always wondered, do I have to put on foundation with a brush? I prefer the typical way with my hands , and using a sponge later, I think it looks good. So what's your opinion please? :-)

  • i am really loving the synthetic brushes! v2.0 is definitely giving natural hairs a run for their money! great review!

  • you have a wrist tattoo of a barcode? wonderful :)

  • I'm not entirely sure but I'm new to your channel and I'm just wondering if you have a New Zealand/Australian accent or whether it's just me :)

  • That little OCC brush that reminds me of the MAC 108... I can't find it on the website right now. Do you know if it might be either new or discontinued? Or maybe just out of stock? I hope someone can answer this, I really would like to get my hands on it.

  • @Beautymarked16 It's a dupe for the Mac 109, and I can't find it either. If anyone knows how we can get it, please let us know!!

  • @Beautymarked16 I've just emailed OCC directly and apparently it's going to be available in the US shortly, but love-makeup in the UK has it now! :-) xx

  • @fancygirlie Ah... thanks for letting me know! I'm US so I guess I'll be waiting a little while :/

  • @Beautymarked16 Love-makeup.co.uk ships to the US...

  • Wayne could you do a Loose Powder video please!

  • i love your vids! you always have the best info, you actually mention what is best 4 certain types of skin which I deeply appreciate

  • Have you ever looked in an art supply store for your brushes? I'm on a pretty tight budget, and I've found several good taklon brushes (and a surprisingly good blending brush!) there.

  • Love your recommendations! Please go into more detail in regards to the loose powder comment. It would help everyone sooo much! Thank you.

  • Defo for the loose powder vid! Thank you really glued to your channel ! lots of learning going on but not alot of house work !! :-)

  • is that a barcode tattoo on ur wrist?xx

  • The Nars brush is amazing, one of my favourites too! You should try Hakuhodo, their brushes are fantastic.

  • since u brought up having a small eyelide space to work on, it would be nice if u could make a video to give us some more tips about it. :) I have the same eyes as you and the hardest thing is make a eyeliner cat eye... maybe it's just impossible?

  • Love your videos and yes would like to hear about 'taking off' powder with brush rather than putting it on with it!! Thanks :)

  • Can you show us your other half..maybe do a makeup tute on her..love your vids

  • you look like christian from east enders lol. like so he can see this post hehe

  • you look like christian from east enders lol.

  • please please tell us what you mean by taking the powder off rather than putting it on

  • what do you mean by using a brush to take off powder than putting it on! thanks. i like videos where you give extra ordinary tips and tricks they are very helpful! :)

  • So, Goss, by the foundation brushes, do you recomend a stippling brush like the makeup forever one, for us who have oily skin especially in the T zone?

  • I have the Yachiyo from NARS and I LOVE it! I use it almost every day :) Kisses from Spain!!

  • Surprised you didn't mention Sigma - at the very least, their Kabuki line.

  • Would you do a tutorial showing us the tip you mentioned, using the deeper skintone shade to open the eyes? TY!!!

  • yes, please!

Make a video on powder, the different types, like loose, pressed, maybe blotting and color shades. I'd really appreciate that!

  • God he is hot... If I was allowed... I'd make babies with him... If I was allowed lol...

  • Helpful, as always! Thanks.

  • i'm a bit confused about the motion used to apply it, i thought u would stipple it onto the skin, hence the name of the brush... but everyone seems to buff it around the skin. what is the proper way to use it?

  • Thanks! It was very helpful :)

  • Thank YOU for your time!!! As always, a pleasure to watch you. And thanks for sharing your knowledge once again! :o)

  • Hi,

  • Your videos are SO helpfull, thank you so much! And I second the call for a tutorial to make small eyes look bigger :)

  • Hi Wayne,

R u still gonna do a video on facial exercises/yoga? I remember u making a video saying that ur gonna try it out for a month and then let us know if it made any difference.

  • I think he means, put the powder on with a puff, and then use a brush to dust the face to remove any excess powder.

  • What is the number of the OCC brush? I would also like a video about loose powder. Thanks for your informative videos Wayne! Love them!

  • Please explain the loose powder thing!

  • @QuiteBonney i think he meant after you put on loose powder with a different brush, then u would use the kubuki he showed in this video to brush off (excess)

  • i would love to know that thing about loose powder =D also... if you could do a video about powder foundations and how to apply them i'd appreciate it. Thanks, love your videos, they're really helpful

  • Yes, please explain the whole loose powder thing.

  • What is the best way to apply foundation if I want it to look as natural as possible? I want to wear foundation but don't want people to be able to tell I have it on. Thank You.

  • I just bought the 217 brush. Are all brushes capable of applying cream, shimmer, matte, etc eyeshadow or do I need certain brushes (synthetic or natural) for different types of shadow? Thank you :)

  • A video on loose powder would be great...

  • please make the video on loose powder x

  • Looking lush as ever Wayne. x

  • Fantastic video, as we had the opportunity to see optimal uses with each type. Thanks!

  • Love your vids! What do you suggest to apply foundation to dry skin? :-)

  • I love that Nars brush as well! x

  • Yes, I would love to hear about the loose powder x

  • Animal hair brushes don't kill them...they actually do just give them a haircut. Goats need a trim every once in a while lol.

  • barcode tattoo :O

  • Hi Wayne, i justed sub your channel , great advise on all your vids..I have a question,, i use mac select coverup concealer as both my foundation and con. and studio fix foundation powder just for ref.. i use both products on my lids as well , now do i use a eye primer udpp over or under ? i'm new to pimer..will app. if you let me know thanks.. candy.

  • Wayne, I love all your videos and respect your advice.

Being a middle-aged lady, I'd love to see more videos with Mandy. Most of the makeup applications on Youtube feature young women.

  • "The animals get a haircut? Hmmmmm I just don't know." lmao, synthetic brushes are the way to go!

  • Are you married?

  • I love synthetic brushes - they're the only ones I will use!

  • It's better to pat on loose powder with a powder puff. It uses far less product, and provides a less cakey look. You use a clean powder brush over the surface of your face to remove any excess powder that hasn't bonded to your skin/foundation.

  • What do you mean about the loose powder?

  • i love your videos they are very informative

  • you did mention the 217..

  • Have you ever tried Eco Tools brushes?

  • how bout a tutorial on how to keep brushes clean?

  • ii love using sponges instead of brushes to apply my foundation i use MAC studio fix fluid so it can get pretty cakey but i find with a sponge it looks flawless :)
