A couple problems with canon for the television series, though:

Dexter dropped out of Med School. I believe around the time Harry became ill.

Harry died when Dexter was 20 years old. And his first kill was actually the nurse that was poisoning Harry during his hospital stay.

Despite that, I really do find this entertaining!

Aside from what everyone else has already told you, I have a couple things that couldhelp it be better. There's a dialogue thing in the beginning; Dex repeating 'coming along' isn't the way that people talk, though that was might have been Dexter being awkward. Jeremy blatantly goes after HanShotFirst in front of the teacher. No way that would fly. And when you shadow-stab Jeremy, he should have his head up, arms straining against the plastic, *something*. Nobody accepts being stabbed passively.

Coolness. I liked the lens flare with the kill room, and the humor was awesome - 'even on the internet, I don't know how to smile'. Masuka was pretty funny too, and the soundtrack was right on point.

That girl who notices Dexter by name when he's going after Jeremy could be a problem later.

My issue is that it is modern (red bull, facebook etc), dexter seemed to be social (I remember him being completely isolated until he was married), the lack of cold logic (by this dexter) and his code states he should only kill those who *murder* and feel no remorse but other than that...I loved this piece of work. Glad to see Masuka finally got some real action and not pay for it. Kudos to you. :)

The execution is damn near perfect. You did the best with the equipment you had. Some of the actors could use a few classes though, and the writing was kind of weak at some points.

this was actually really good, good acting and execution. but i have some problems with dexters choice in victim. mostly because he does not follow the code. its hardly dexter without the code. dex kills those who kill. never have i seen him kill for somthing as innocent as cheating on tests....kindof a plot inconsistancy next time his victim needs to be a murderer so that dexters kill is within the bounds of the code. also ease up on the one liners.
